12/24/25 drive-thru outer speaker box was highly damaged and leaning. Was very slow to get through the line but food was hot so I can't complain. We came back the next day a bit earlier in the night than before and the food was great as well. I am from out of town & miss having a 24 hour McDonald's.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Stood there waiting 10 min and asked how much longer on the order. Was told “can you wait?” In a rude tone and when I told him I had been waiting he just insulted me further by saying “you could have been waiting all night.” It was some employee with a goatee and short curly hair

Very bad service at this McDonald's. They sold me a large coffee, but the cup was only half full. The person who served me was very rude and told me that's how the machine dispenses it, and refused to refill the cup. A very bad place.

A girl named was Nisha extremely kind and compassionate and felt like i met an old friend! Amazing service helped us with changing the baby’s diaper! Highly recommend this branch of Mcdonalds!
Cashier was very nice, it was clean and food was good! Only problem it took forever to get my to go order!!

I went here to get an egg McMuffin that is spicy, I for some reason payed for a sausage McMuffin. I asked the lady that I wanted an egg McMuffin spicy. She changed it out but only gave me a regular egg McMuffin and I said it’s not the spicy one. She then proceeded to yell at me, saying that I didn’t want the spicy, do you have ears!!!!!!! I said the spicy one. I called corporate on this location and hope she gets a talking to. You don’t treat customers like they are dirt and yell at them. I have worked in customer service for a couple of years and know the number one thing is the customer is always right no matter what. I don’t care if you cussed me out when I left but you for sure don’t yell and tell a customer that they are wrong. I also did not receive a straw!!!

I have eaten at McDonald's locations all over the World in the last 50 years and this was the worst so far. They tried to give us 3 sauces for 30 chicken nuggets. The fries were stale and room temperature, as if they hadn't bothered to put them under a heat lamp. The coca cola was flat and warm. They had put three ice cubes in it. The ice water that we ordered had no ice in it and was room temperature. We won't be back to this location.

Just tragic experience every time in the drive thru; suspect they need to hire more people and are purposefully understaffed. Support your employees! Hire/train better. Will avoid at all costs at this point just not worth it
