I come to this McDonald’s location for breakfast. Whenever LaDon is working the cash register, he is always so nice and cheerful! My sidekick and I love seeing him in the mornings. He’s got great customer service!

Normally we live this place because the manager is so great ! Still love the manager but it stunk today . Shake machine down and employees parked out front and one in a handicapped spot .

Ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and a quarter pounder from this location via DoorDash. The bag is sealed so it's not the dashers fault, but there was no quarter pounder in the bag. The fries were also disappointing, soggy and stale tasting. The chicken nuggets were also kind of soggy and not crispy at all, which was a first for me. This location continues to disappoint

Ordered breakfast before 10:30 paid before 10:30 on the mobile app got there at 10:32 and since we got there past 10:30 we didn't get our food, even though we ordered before and paid before. Couldn't get a receipt or proof of purchase and we were told it should be back in our account in a few days. This some Bullshit. Shoes on the other foot how yall feeling??

Let me start off by saying I work in fast food so I'm not being a Karen I'm just tired of this . The first complaint is when I ordered an online order and received my food through the drive though and was just missing my drinks , I went ahead and pulled up like they said , I then continued to wait 30 mins for just drinks , a worker kept coming up to my car asking if this was our food and we kept having to say no , eventually my husband decided to get out of the car and go inside and get it ourselves , he then was asked for the receipt twice by the works just for the two drinks we orders , I also ordered a frappe and my husband said it was just sitting there and it was watered down . The second complaint was when we ordered our food and we were just missing a large French fry , we decided to get back in very long line we had originally waited in, we got to the window where then had to explain in detail what we were missing and what we ordered because both people we spoke with were saying we weren't missing anything Then there's tonight , we ordered on doordash a family meal which included 5 sandiwiches and a 20 nuggets with some fries Firstly our dasher had to wait 50 mins just to receive the food Then when we opened our food we were missing two sandwiches, the nuggets and all the sauce , all of the food we already had was cold and felt kinda hard like it had been sitting there . Wheh we called this location they seemed to have a bit of an attitude about what we were asking them about , I believe this is the same man we talked to previously. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that it's late at night and there's not a lot of workers , however since this isn't the first time I'm upset , we had to get up and drive to receive the food even after we had to pay a dasher previously to bring us the original messed up order , what a waste of time and money for us , just to have the cold food from before and sit her in the drive through for even line . I know it's not the employees fault Hope I have a better trip next time considering this is the closest food the where I live that's open this late .Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich.
