On June 19th I went to McKenzie's for food. I ordered a baked potato with meat. I opened my bag to make sure everything was as I ordered and what I found was disgusting. The potato was so old and cold and so was the meat!!! Obviously this meat had been cooked and reheated and the potato probably had been done a week before. It was still hard so whenever it was cooked it wasn't done. As a business owner myself, I want my work to speak for itself. Especially since it represents my name and who I am. McKenzie needed to be shut down on yesterday. Horrible food and horrible service

Kids like the sausage and says it is a bit spicy 🔥🥵. Okra was a bit undercooked. Onion rings 🧅 were very greasy...but edible.

Worst BBQ chicken I ever had, BBQ chicken is supposed to have a bone in it, not sliced up breast meat way over cooked & dry as he'll that their sauce won't even help. Jalapeño sausage was okay, but then again potatoes salad sucked. So over all a waist of money.

If the food wasn't cold it might have tasted OK but we will never know. Waited over 30 minutes for dinner for 4 people on a Friday at 6PM. When we walked in there was nobody in line (That should been a clue I guess) and only a couple of customers already seated. We did not get our food till after 6:35 and we ordered basic stuff from the barbeque menu. Nothing that wasn't already cooked LOL!

We ate here for lunch for the first time today. It was so delicious! The brisket was cooked to perfection and was not fatty like most restaurants. The sweet tea was sent down from Heaven and those beans!!! Needless to say we will be back! Their prices were unbeatable!! Thank you!!!

Brought my relatives there for their first taste of brisket. What a huge disappointment. They were out of almost every side dish and only had a side salad and French fries available. After waiting about 15 minutes they then informed us that they didn’t have French fries either so we decided we would just have a baked potato and then they told me that would be extra cost, you have got to be kidding me! I’ll Never ever go back there again.
