My 88 year old mom choked on a “chopped” beef sandwich and my 82 year old dad had to give her the Heimlich maneuver with no help from anyone around. Did not dislodge foreign object on first try either. A hard piece of something flew out that was in her sandwich that got stuck in her windpipe. Not one employee or bystander nearby even asked if she was ok afterwards! My dad should not even have been doing this after an outpatient procedure in which he was not supposed to be “lifting” anything. Avoid this place at all cost! Food not good and definitely not worth dying for!!! Bunch of non caring individuals!

1) From the get-go, if you are in the customer service industry... you check your attitudes at the door. Part of the appeal of going out to eat is the environment of the establishment. The girl running the register was rude and rolled her eyes at us as we placed our order as if we were inconvenienceing her.2) Smoked BBQ meat is supposed to taste like it has some sort of smoke... either real or artificial smoke. This was the most bland, tasteless, and COLD "smoked" bbq ever. Didn't even have a hint of salt. No taste, no smoke ring.3) Their potato salad is not potato salad. I'm not sure what it is, to be honest... but it's not potato salad.The only thing they had going for them was the tea was good.Not worth it.

The food was ok. The service was nice. However, the atmosphere was a little loud for why I was there (meeting). They were constantly yelling out order #'s over the intercom, interrupting our meeting in the back room.
The food was delicious. The cashier let me buy two soft drinks while their machine was down. When I got my refund it was for only one of the drinks… it was really off putting when I was there and in hindsight, I don’t plan on
I ordered and was charged for a BLT, as you can clearly see, I got the B, but not the L & T. The bread was soggy and greasy. The burger was raw, the fries were soggy, and extremely greasy. EVERY customer does not appreciate rare, medium rare, semi rare, beef. I am one of those. The staff is generally polite and I understand that the cashier, I don't think, cook the food so I have no complaints there.
Never had a bad meal here. The burger is really good.

Ordered 100 plates of food to be delivered at 11 am to the church for a funeral. When ordered I was firm about the time, I even called a.few days before to make sure would be delivered at 11 am..When the guy showed up he said he was told to be there at 12.. Had to rush to get the food out..

This is some of the worst bbq we have ever had. It was all so dry. The bbq fries cheese tasted gritty and almost made us sick. We ended up not eatting it. Very disappointed.
