The white woman who was working as the cashier was very unprofessional and rude. My friend and I wanted to have a nice lunch together so we went to Moe's as they opened the store. We were nice and told her exactly what we ordered so we can pay for it. My friend got a tea but then came to realize they never made the tea so she kindly asked them to make some and the cashier informed her they would. After 20 min no tea was made so my friend went back up to ask again nicely and the employee was completely blunt and rude saying "we're not making any tea today" and gave her a dirty look. My friend was upset but just kindly said "ok" but as she was walking away, the cashier told her "you can rate us a 1 star on yelp".

Moe's is NOT Mexican food in the true sense. It is very bland and has no taste. The guacamole is unseasoned, and the salsas are tasteless. I don't like being yelled at or startled as I walk into an establishment. I won't be back, sorry.

Called the number listed and I keep getting a voicemail of some guy who mumbles and talks very fast. But doesn't sound like a moes to me, so guess we will not be driving out there to eat with the family.

Not my go to place only because it's a little pricey. Mostly for when you want to splurge a little!!!

This was a great place to eat. Fresh veggies and everything tasted amazing. Something happened and the owner up and left. There is no longer a Moe's in Huntsville, Texas. There is a new restaurant in its spot. An Oriental one.

Good food but horrible customer service, I know y’all are on a college campus, however that shouldn’t stop y’all from giving good service. I hope a Manager sees this review!

Very good Nichos, tocos, soft drinks

Tried it multiple times, and everytime I wished I had gone somewhere that actually had flavor. Queso is very fake, and tastes like the lettuce next to it every time.

The food is a good price for great quality. But don't overload your quesadilla if you get one, it can be a bit messy.

I've become a little addicted to this place. If you like Chipotle, you'll like Moes. Beware of going in the afternoons on any weekday (except possibly Fridays) because the college crowd at the beginning of the hour when they get off class (11, 12, 1) is enormous!
