Growing up near Pasadena, my gold standard for snow cones is Zink's Snow Cones on Old Galveston. Noemi's totally took me back to those days and the snow cones we had were wonderful!! My hubby got mangonada, I got tres leches, and my daughter got love passion. SO TASTY!! Definitely will come back!
I always go here and its usually great, but the girl working there usually isnt their when i go..i got 7 snocones and all the smalls had way to much syrup and my large only had flavir on the top half..bottom was just ice. Next time i wont go unless noemi is there herself.
