Today we found another bone in our BONELESS Orange Chicken. I cut my mouth last week on it and today my boyfriend found a bone in his, luckily he didn't cut himself. This place has gone downhill in the last month. The Lo Mein has been dry or not fully cooked and well we keep finding bones in our chicken.

First time to ever eat Panda Express, was excellent. Employees very knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested spicy beef shrimp veggie over rice. It was delicious!! Very clean, only thing there ice machine was broke. Will definitely be back. Wished I would have gotten the ladies name. Highly recommend this place.(Meat was very tender)

I went through the drive thru. They told me to pull around. I waited 30 mins for 2 plates. I go in, wait another 30 minutes. I get the wrong order, wrong drink because they failed to make more within the hour I was waiting & asked if I wanted to wait longer for them to make the drink. I just ask for whatever’s quickest at this point. I get my things & walk out, I realize, no straw, so I go back in for a straw, & they give me a half unwrapped straw. I’m thankful for god for giving me patience. Old me would never. Absolutely horrible management & staff. Slow, lazy, unenthusiastic, & poor quality humans.

Just left panda, I order the walnut shrimp, orange chicken and chow noodles. they messed the order up and gave me two orders of orange chicken. Ask the cashier to please correct my order he try to debate with me like I was stealing food. I had to show him my husband plate to make sure he didn't have the honey walnut shrimp. he finally replace the orange chicken only give me like 4 shrimp that we paid extra 1.50 that is crazy. Bad business panda, I will not be returning
Great quick Chinese food! Honey Chicken in bowl with alternate vegetables ....is a fantastic lunch and meal!!!!

Holy spirt tell a vision
I literally walked in waited to place my order than wad told there is no white rice. That's not an issue or a complaint . What happened next is the issue. The other panda express had to many complaints so to.cut time I decided to go back in amd place an order anyways. I'm new to Texas unfortunately and alot of establishments have a prejudice or biased attitude. The same person said to her co workers " I don't know what he's waiting there for?" Like I cannot re enter the store once I leave out. Anyway , hoodrats being hoodrats I'm assuming a shift manager came behind the counter after handling cleaning products mopping the floor etc attempting to take my order(cross contamination). She got offended when I said I'll wait for the lady bagging food by the register because she had not left the table. There was more offence in atmosphere when I explained why I would wait. Than of course the rachet person returned to mopping the floor in the lobby. Wonder how many get diarrhea from this place? Only a matter of time before something worse happens if staff are not trained properly. What would the regional ceo say about all of this?
Update april 2 1019am, place actually did give me diarrhea. Damn man never again. I would’ve taken pics but adults nowadays are to immature for that.
