I came In at 11:35pm and they close at 1am. I was looking at the menu with my husband when one of the workers there told me I couldn’t order at the cashier and that I had to order online or call the call center. So I called the number in which I heard the phone ring in the store in front of my face 😐 very rude and inconsiderate, if the worker just wants to be lazy come up with a smarter excuse. 0/0 never coming back!

I absolutely love Papa John's Pizza and I was in Huntsville to visit my brother and felt like pizza and ordered Papa John's,I live in Decatur Texas and we don't have a Papa John's Pizza but we really need one so Papa John's if you're reading this bring a Papa John's to Decatur Texas,it is growing and we're ready

Order for delivery, driver never showed up. Called the store to ask and get it settled. Guy on the phone was rude after telling him multiple times I never got it but kept insisting I did. Called customer service to resolve the issue, but no one reached out. Called back for a refund and management was dismissive. All I needed was a refund for an order I never got, yet I never got the refund. On the off chance I decided to try the place too

Called an ordered a pizza for delivery. Since I am at home sick I asked for one thing. For the delivery driver to call or text me when he was close so that I could meet them outside and not have to deal with my dogs going nuts when they knock on the door. The guy that took my call assured me that they would call or text. SURPRISE! They didn't call or text. When I addressed this with the driver I was informed that it wasn't on the instructions and that the call center sucks. If Papa Johns can't follow a simple instruction like call or text before arriving, then I will take my business to a place that can.
Ordered Extra Pepperoni and Extra Cheese $6 more and this is what they Gave me. Wow. Don't waste your money like I did

I’m a Huntsville local ordered my food walked in said that they not excepting nothing over a 20.00 dollar bill house 6 mins away get back said they void my order and said he had to remake it and my order was ready for pick up at 9:17 pm
