I placed my order super early, around 8 AM to be ready for pickup around 11:15 AM that same day. I arrived on time and the gentleman behind the counter told me it would be just a couple of minutes before my order was ready and he'd being it out to my vehicle. No biggie, I waited.. about 10 minutes after I got back to my car, the same gentleman with really long braids, (sorry, I didn't get your name!) came out to update me on my order.. it was going slow through the oven...
