Very poor customer service skills by management. Was in drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged even after asking if it was open for business. When I pulled up to the window I was met by a manager, a big black female who really didn’t seem to care after I asked her why no one was answering and she stated that they were really busy, ignored me and went about her day. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Would give 0 stars if possible

I went here tonight to pick up Uber Eats order that consisted of a 5 piece tender meal and one chicken sandwich I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes with no update as a worker they call Sweet Pea came out to the register to give her family free food another worker was assembling people sandwiches with bare hands that she did not wash and then taking money and touching other objects without washing her hands and went back directly to assembling food when I asked how much longer the order was going to be they said they didn't know I said I've been standing here for 15 minutes and she said the whole time you've been standing here I've been running around with an attitude so I canceled the order I would not eat here you will end up getting sick

Ghost pepper wings were amazing love the crunch my sister enjoyed her spicy chicken tenders and I was always the biscuit and of course the mashed potatoes with the Cajun gravy.
The food is good. However, you ALWAYS have to wait forever to get your food. Whichever is ridiculous! The purpose of fast food is food made fast.. not waiting 20-30 minutes for food.
This is the ONLY location in Huntsville, TX. The closest is in Willis. 30 minutes away. This location does not have anything to do with rewards points. It’s absolutely stupid and ridiculous. They need to fix that.

Horrible customer service and food.The wait is 30+ minutes and even then the food is undercooked and items are missing. I ordered tenders and they were undercooked with pink in it. Don’t waste your time coming here.I also called for a refund and the only way to get it is to give them my half bitten pieces of chicken in exchange. I’m not going to dig in the trash for that.

Don't come here unless you want to spend 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Two other cars took off in the line behind us and we finally gave up as well, despite already being at the ordering microphone because the guy told us to wait without explaining what was taking so long (it took awhile just to even get to the mic as well). You win, lazy employees. Never coming here again. Why come here when Cane's and Chic Fil' A are nicer and actually have fast service?
