Food is always hot and fresh. Plenty of options on the menu. It is a bit nerve-wracking walking in the front door as it doesnt have a window. So you just have to hope someone isn't coming out in a rush and hits you with the door. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Always a great place to take out of town friends and family. Highly recommend.

The music was great and was a peaceful place to get out of the heat, sit and eat. I got the Philly cheesesteak potato and it was really great. More than I could eat so think about that when you order. Husband ordered cheeseburger with bacon and said it was good. French fries needed some more salt, but we took care of that at the table.

It was our first time visiting The Potao Shack! We stopped in after Church & it was a great decision. We have to say the food was great! and the customer service was top notch that we received from Marissa & Chiron. They both greeted us with a smile & had amazing customer service. I stopped at the front as we were leaving to let Marissa know that I would be doing a review however its 2 weeks later but better late than never. Thanks for the amazing service & good food.

Charged me for drinks they didn't have, and wouldn't substitute them for something similar. Messed up my food order, even though the receipt was correct. I asked the manager for a refund, and he said oh the transaction was cancelled. Then he tried to keep my receipt. My bank account shows the full charge. I took the receipt back up there, and another manager I'm guessing a student, said we can't help you. That night I had to sit and watch my guest's eat with out me. Potato shack didn't try in any way to fix their mistakes. The manager on duty just wanted to cover it up! Shame on you potato shack for hiring inexperienced managers!
