I’ve always loved Schlotzsky’s and this location is no different. I’ve been here several times and the only issue I’ve had was that they seem to get their sandwiches mixed up. 2 of the 4 times at this location they put mustard on my turkey original. Pizzas are very good here as well.

What's there to say? It's Schlotzsky's the food is really good and filling but one needs to be in the mood for Schlotzsky's. I usually go for a medium size meal because that filling, the large is just really over doing it.

Screw this place! Literally spent over 30 minutes in the drive through for sandwich is a pizza. Went in to check on it and THEY DIDNT EVEN START OUR FOOD!! Poor service, I had places to be, not spending it sitting in a drive thru! Do better, will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Considering this was our second time coming back, this store needs new management!

Pretty aggravated, went in today to get the buy one get on free pizza. My boss was there as well picking up his pizzas (he got his free pizza) I made my order and when my food was ready only one pizza was brought to me. I asked where the second pizza was that when the assistant manager got involved and asked to see my receipt stating I had to have ordered the pizza, chips, and a drink. I showed her my receipt and told that’s what I did order she then said well you only paid for one pizza. I said yes I know because the second one is supposed to be free. She refused to listen to me was very arrogant and rude. And said sorry I can’t help you you’re only getting one pizza unless you would like to pay for another one. Me and my coworker who also was there for the promotion did not receive our free pizzas and had a very negative experience with this particular assistant manager.

I had went with my co-workers during lunch time, mind you there was no line to begin with. They continuously got our order wrong, starting off by giving my co worker a sandwich when she had ordered a flatbread. After that, you would assume she would get just that, her flatbread; but no she received a pizza and another pizza since it is the Wednesday special where you buy one and get the other for free. My other coworker and I also ordered flatbreads, to which the same thing I received a pizza. My other co worker however received ONE flatbread and not the other one additional free one. when we asked the front counter he asked for my coworker's receipt, which he did not give her one. Overall, what would have been something quick and easy ended up being a 40 minute wait.
