Went there today and some young white guy was working the window and was very very rude I don’t know what his problem was but hopefully he finds it he needs to be in the kitchen cooking , I don’t think he likes his job I’ve been going there for years never had this problem. I had to call and complain because I literally just left without finishing my order. Poor kid hopefully God bless him with a better job because he has no people skills.

The donuts are NOT FRESH! They were yesterday's donuts at least. But I paid a fresh donut price, that's for sure. The only good thing about this location is the workers HUSTLE.

Doughnut and coffee was not fresh, although it was 8:30 am. The sales associate was not very helpful, didn't ask for milk or sugar, didn't provide napkins.

I’ve lived in Huntsville for over a year now and I’ve only seen this location open about 4 times.
Kinda high prices and cold
Used to be good. Now it’s hit or miss whether they’re open or not and the food is always stale
