Was in Smoothie King on the afternoon of 6/9/23. This was my 1st visit to this location. Three people behind the counter. Not one employee acknowledged my little grandson and I, and we were the only customers. None of the employees said one word to us. Not one word. Not even a thank you. If you leave a review on their FB page they delete it. My money will be spent elsewhere as I will definitely not be going back.

I was passing thru Huntsville today and thought I would grab a smoothie at that location. I came in to order the same thing I have ordered from locations all over the country, a power punch plus but w papaya instead of strawberry as I am allergic. Unfortunately , I was told that this was not possible as they could only sub a fruit for a fruit and a juice for juice. This made no sense as both are fruits so I said this was foolish. This little person then developed a very defensive attitude saying I was calling her stupid and "banning" me from the store. I told her I was not calling her anything but such an alleged rule was foolish as fresh fruit would be more expensive than a juice but ths what she had been told by someone higher than her (she was allegedly the store manager). But that logic was irrelevant. Anyway, I left without spending the $10+ on a drink. I really wanted one but was refused over some "rule" that does not exist in other Smoothie Kings anywhere else but Huntsville. Oh, she gave me a bogus email address for the owner too ([email protected])

Employees are rarely attentive. Numerous times my mobile orders are not even started when I arrive, but employees are standing around or in the back or on phones. When speaking to me in person or over the speaker, they are short, dry and not at all friendly. This morning it took 30 minutes for 5 smoothies. Training on sense of urgency and customer satisfaction would not be wasted.

Batista Emma Ramsey was soliciting tips via cash app for her 21st birthday @ $EmmxR. Additionally she was more focused on her upcoming birthday plans then serving the guests.My trio and I ordered three small smoothies, one of which was a pineapple pure recharge. The pineapple drink tasted as if it was banana only, there was no pineapple flavor. We had just pulled away so we quickly turned around and contacted the store to let them know that we would be coming back and just wanted it remade because it tasted like banana and not pineapple. The young lady was annoyed at our bothering her and very aggravatedly informed me that she had made my order herself and she knew it was correct. I informed her that's I wasn't blaming anyone simply stating that the drink tasted like banana not pineapple and just wanted it made again. She impressed to me AGAIN that because SHE had made the ticket THEN EVERYTHING was made correctly and therefore wouldn't taste any differently.I informed her that her attitude was noted but I would still like her to remake the drink and at that point I got off the phone as I had returned. Upon returning to the store the same birthday barista Emma Ramsey very rudely produced to me the recipe for the drink rudely impressing to me that because the recipe has banana in it I'm wrong and the drink is going to taste the same.I informed Ms Ramsey that I knew the recipe had banana in it, however when the recipe is usually made it tastes like pineapples thus the naming "Pineapple Pure Recharge" I also informed her that it is inappropriate to tell the guest that they are wrong and that their drink that they PAID FOR doesn't taste the way it's tasted every other time we've purchased it. I informed her that it would have been more appropriate to offer to put less banana in, then I asked her to please just remake the drink with less banana and no attitude.To which she told me she wasn't giving me attitude, slammed the window in my face, ripped down her cash app solicitation information so I wouldn't know her name and then smirked it me as if there was nothing I could do about it.I informed Emma that I knew her name and would be contacting corporate as well as her manager in the morning.She then opens the window, instigatingly and informed me that I should "Have good luck with that, nothing will happen even if you do. Haha" and slammed the window again. This ofcourse upset my brother so much he began to curse and made me pull over as he went to window and angrily informed the young lady that he didn't appreciate her attitude and that he would be contacting her manager, to which she threatened to call the police on us.From start to finish Emma Ramsey was an absolute nightmare to be served by.

Ordered online from this location, had two dashers tell me the store was closed. All of a sudden a third dasher tells me the store is closed and 2 minutes later he notified me that he was on his way because a lady allowed him to take the drink. It got here completely melted and it tasted old. Called twice for a refund and no answer, mind you this order was placed around 7pm when it says they close at 9pm.

I will never go to this smoothie king again. I just left about 20 minutes ago and the team members had no knowledge of the things on their menu and kept ringing me up for everything but what I asked for. I ordered a 32 oz Strawberry Yogurt D-Lite and they kept ringing up greek yogurt blueberry, then the kids strawberry glitz drink. Then the two young ladies were laughing and looking at me side ways when I kept repeating what my order was. The only reason I know that it was wrong because I have worked at smoothie king for 5 years and I know how to make a smoothie from there with no instructions!! I felt that my time and money was wasted and they made a mockery of me the whole entire time instead of trying to get it right and I just gave up. These two young ladies should be written up I went on April 6th @7:20. I have never had problems until tonight and I will never be spending my money here EVER AGAIN

Came at 8:30 when it closed at 9pm and all the lights were shut off and I was trying to knock at the door to figure out if the hours were different from on the door. I was seen by the girls inside and I finally called and had to straight up ask if I could order from the drive through. By the way the drive through sign and all the signage lights were turned off so I could barely see to order. It was over whelming how obvious customers after a certain time are not welcomed and the staff just wants to finish early and go home
