In the app, I ordered a Jr double cheeseburger and a drink. Got there and it took forever to get my order, but when they finally handed me the bag (at the drive thru) it had a lot of food in it. Told them that was not my order and I only had a Jr double cheeseburger. The lady eventually showed me where on their side the ticket came out with the burger and tots, which was weird. She handed me the food back and said this is your order. Kept trying to tell her no, but she was kinda rude. I finally took the food, ended up with a chicken-fried steak sandwich, tots and cheese sticks, none of which I’ll eat, so I suppose lunch is a drink today.

For the vast majority every single Sonic franchise is exactly the same. Generally that's a benefit but for Sonic's needs that means that you freely have an opportunity to get your order wrong, or face shortage of supply on items, and they're so called sales or discounts have become incredibly less valuable over the last few years. Food is consistent in flavor but preparation is often not guaranteed from one location to the next based on the available workers. Generally there's a lack of cohesion between worker and expected output and this is likely due to low pay.

Ordered 3 drinks ahead of time, waited 30 minutes to get them. the order was marked as complete and never brought out to us until we asked for it. our drinks were just sitting there. the last 4 times weve been, its taken 30-45 minutes in an almost empty parking lot to get very simple orders. just disappointing.
Waited over 20 mins on order ahead drinks. This has been a reoccurring issue at this location.

I stop here for drinks frequently, they are always terrible. The syrup for the soda is never at the ratio it should be, shakes are under-mixed. I once ordered a cream slush and had to have them re-make it three times because they didn't know how to make one and just guessed the first two times. Disappointing, the location is amazing but the staff can never reliably pay attention to detail

I ordered a super sonic stack and a burger with extra pickles and a rt 44 water with EASY ice with peach and raspberry.
When I got to the window they handed me a bag of burgers but no water so I told them and they gave me a raspberry peach water PACKED with ice.
