All good but you can barely hear the girl at the drive thru. She needs to learn to raise her voice a bit. I shouldn't have to turn off my car just to hear what the frick she's saying.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to call take my order and another 10 minutes to get it and all I ordered was a cup of ice. While someone beside me pulled up and left in 5 minutes with a meal.

I'm not typically one to complain about service as I work in a similar line of work myself. Today, I parked in one of the order spots around 9 or so pressed the button and waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When someone eventually came to take my order all I ordered was a large cherry limeade. I understood it was busy so I completely get having to wait but I feel like 45 minutes for a soda is a little ridiculous. It got to the point where I just drove off and didn't even receive my order (luckily I wasn't given the option to pay in advance). I do want to add the lady that took my order was very sweet.

I had went there for my lunch break to get a simple order, I pull up to the drive though and I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but nothing was said so I go to one of the stations and I press the red button and as I’m waiting there, the person who was behind me at the drive though was helped in the span of 3 minutes and I’m here still waiting another 10 minutes after I had just pushed the button 3 times, and the workers there was just looking at me like if I was a problem. Vs the other location at 11th street they were fast and got me my order immediately and I had received excellent customer service other there. As for this Sam Houston one you wasted 20 minutes of my break time.

Horrible service, so unprofessional and the employees there have a horrible attitude. They will roll their eyes at you just because you corrected them on their mistakes with your order. They are also entirely slow , and they will take their slow time.

If I could give - stars I would….. went to pick up a DoorDash and sat at a stall for 20 minutes and pushed the button 5 times with no answer at all. Finally went inside because the drive through line was about 15 cars long. I walked in to see about getting the DoorDash orders that were already 10 minutes late to the manager sitting in a corner on their phone. I asked to speak with a manager (Jalisa) I’m pretty sure she said her name was and she looked up and as she was still typing on her phone she told me “ you should have pressed the red button and waited, we are short handed and very busy if you couldn’t tell, I don’t know what else to tell you.” And then refused to give me the customer service/ owners contact information..

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but today I am today was the 3rd time I've ordered cheese tots get 20min away (home) and there are 4 tots with cheese. It may not be a big deal but my money is being spent on something I want so I expect it to be what I paid EXTRA for.
Came through the drive through at 10:30 pm and was told they were out of mozzarella sticks AFTER I had already paid so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that. And instead of apologizing, they basically said they couldn’t do anything so I just paid an extra $7 for a medium ocean water…. Never coming back to this location
