Great People in the drive through happy attitudes I asked for a muffin last minute I wanted it warm but I know it would be too much of a hassle since I ordered a muffin so last minute they still warmed it up for me so Greatly appreciated and put a cute sticker on my cup that said Happy Vibes love it !

We placed our order at 1:24 pm our ham/swish cheese croissant was ready asap, it was over cooked and no cheese inside. We didn't get our first drink till 1:35 and I politely asked where the 2nd drink was the blond girl rudely answered it still coming with a roll of her eyes. I ordered a Pecan Crunch Oat milk latte. Now, mind you I order this drink all the time at the New Caney Target location and it was always amazing. This one tasted like dried oats got shoved into my mouth and no crunchies on top. On top of that they never bother to info us that our 2nd drink was ready till I asked for it 5 min later. This is one of the worse Starbucks I've visited in a long time. On top of that the shift leader was refusing to refund my nasty drink and was only offering to remake it. No, I should not have to keep repeating myself several times for a refund. And for those of you who'll say well maybe they were busy, no they were not. They have 4 employees standing around chitchatting and giggling instead of doing their job. The only thing going nice for this location was the store was at least clean.
