Apparently they are the only location that charges .50 for light ice... if they paid attention in school they would know that me getting light ice doesn't actually add more product.

Being a full time student that not only pays the fees to use the Starbucks in this facility and usually pays and tips I was not happy with the service I received from this Starbucks. I am a server at a restaurant so I know that it isn't that hard to smile and provide good customer service to guest. They did not have several basic items (caramel, dragon fruit, vanilla bean). I politely asked them to warm two scones I purchased after not getting a basic coffee and the response that I received from the cashier was "No, there's a microwave down stairs" - A full time student at SHSU who just wanted to have a good morning.

My friend and I had a big online order ($40 worth!) and we expected them to have something out of stock due to COVID/other reasons, and when we got there they let us know 2 of the bottled juices we had ordered were out and that we could have orange juice instead. That was fine with us, so we pulled forward, when we were pulling out our food, we noticed they packed us a brownie with a note that said "Sorry about the juices! :(". No Starbucks has done that, so thank you! Everything else was 10/10 perfect and wonderfully made!!
