I know this is a really busy location, but the employees do a good job at keeping up with customer orders even when they're swamped.I appreciate how sweet everyone is even when things are chaotic in there.

Coffee here is alright, but not great. I usually come to this location out of convenience. The worst part about this Starbucks is their customer service. I will say that they do have some friendly workers there, but too many times I have had very rude baristas. I will from now on drive a little further to go to the other location. I don’t know why it’s so hard for people to be friendly nowadays, so sad to see at a Starbucks.

They made the worst tasting vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew I have ever tasted. I have been getting this drink for a while, and am amazed at how frequently it gets messed up. This one was the worst though. It's not even hard to make. It describes how to make it when you order it. "Topped with sweet cream" . The lazy workers pour half a cup of sweet cream then top it with a little nitro so they can save a few seconds. The order even asks how much sweet cream. I say 1/2 inch. Not half cup. It should not be almost white. Fire these incompetent jerks and hire some worthwhile baristas.

Their coffee is always confusing for me to order. They should have a QR code that contains all of their menu items to look over bf ordering or keep on our phone. Bc their outside menu does not have everything. Ijs! ??♀️ And that's why I'm not a regular. But I really like their spinach and egg white wrap.
There is always something off about my drink. I got an iced coffee with sweet cream foam and there was a whole inch of space in my drink. when usually the foam hits the top. when I get frappuccino's they are very liquidity and have very little flavor. There has been multiple times going through the drive through where I felt like a problem for them. They have some nice workers but a lot of the time someone has an attitude or tone. I honestly don't know why I keep going back to this starbucks, the only good thing about it is where it's located.

we’ve gone to this starbucks several times because the location on I-45 always makes our coffee wrong. however, this starbucks, every single time our iced coffee tastes like water with flavored syrup. we’ll stick to 45 with our wrong coffee orders.

I placed an online order yesterday and arrived to the store in total chaos. I received my food, no issues, and was asked to pull around to the front to wait for my drink. 20 mins later, still no drink. I went inside and there were people standing around everywhere waiting for their orders. I waited several more minutes and finally just told the cashier to cancel my drink order. I'm not sure what happened yesterday but it was pretty ridiculous.

I loveeeeee this Starbucks BUT there is one rude worker I've encountered twice. One was first week of school and I just thought he was having a bad day but today he was rude again. For no reason. I know the hiring process is competitive in Huntsville but at least pick employees who aren't so rude.
