Please explain to me how I ordered a number 2 so an item that's pre built on their menu and they screwed it up as badly as they did. It was on the wrong bread, it was supposed to be a Philly cheese steak with Baja chipotle ranch, they gave me steak and dumped half a jar of mayo on it no veggies no cheese nothing. It wasn't even busy I went in there at 1pm during what's a lunch rush anywhere else and there was literally 3 other customers. There's no excuse for this level of incompetence.

I went here for lunch today and I will never be returning. When I arrived, there was only 1 customer ahead of me, and it still took over 20 minutes to get out of the store. The employee who took my order was rude and had an attitude. The employees were mixing up sandwiches and orders, right in front of customers. The manager was working the register, and stood there, writing something down for quite some time prior to finally checking customers out. When I paid, I tried several payment methods before the manager finally told me that the machines are down. Thankfully I had cash. When I got to work and sat down to finally eat my lunch, there was tuna in my Italiano order, but no cheese. What if I had been allergic to tuna? This has been the worst fast food service I have ever received. I will not be going back.

The customer service at this location is by far the most rude, disrespectful, disinterested and unfriendly atmosphere I have ever experienced! The Hispanic manager and worker (women) at this location did not acknowledge or help me with the issue at hand. I sat in the lobby for about 10 min before I asked if anyone would help me! It seems as though they are irritated and get attitudes because people go there for lunch! The Caucasian male and African American women were WONDERFUL! Those two Hispanic women however; needs to be trained in the customer service industry!

Atmosphere is a joke. The employees are extremely rude and don’t acknowledge people at all. “To Go” orders are on the side of the counter, but literally anyone can grab from them. Most of the time, chips are missing. Rude employees and bad service.

Ive been a regular at this location since its recent opening, often visiting at least twice a week, but my experiences have been disappointing lately. Basic items, like the sodas, are often lacking carbonation, and the cooler is frequently turned off, out of bacon, out of other basic subway items, ice, tea...etc. making it clear that par levels aren't being properly checked. Today, I ordered a salad online with a note to skip the dressing, but it came drenched in mayonnaise. Even if someone had mistakenly added it, you'd think they would at least check the special request and put the dressing on the side.
The atmosphere has also been consistently poor. When I tried to order Italian Cheese Bread during a dine-in visit, I was told it was only available for online orders due to limited availability. This feels like an unnecessary restriction, especially when it wasn’t even mentioned on the menu.I literally, am standing lookong zt the bread. Employee stated she was directed to tell customers that...It's frustrating to keep coming back and seeing no improvements despite being such a frequent customer.
Service is slow 15 min for 3 sandwiches is ridiculous.
Also, quite a few food saftey issues noted.... upper management needs to visit... this place should and could be better.

Ordered a footlong on the app, got to the store and only a 12 inch sub was in my bag. She made the other half of my sandwich and when I got home the original 12 inch was someone else’s order. I’m assuming they mixed up the sandwiches and the other person got my sandwich but what should’ve been a 10 minute situation turned into something longer because of there careless mistake.

Realy bad service
I recently visited the Subway store, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The food was not up to the usual standard I expect from Subway; the bread was stale, and the vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.

Kings of skimping
The food was okay but the employees are terrible. I go there from time to time and the employees are incredibly LAZY. I went once, a guy by himself, not doing anything when I got there, took my order and immediately went in his phone in front of me for a solid 2 minutes. I was the only one there, just wanted to get in and out but nope… these new guys are just lazy and rude, it’s ridiculous. It’s the same every single time, management needs to do something about these guys.

Ordered accidentally online to this location, they said they’ll cancel but never did. Can’t believe how lazy most of the employees are at this location, makes me wanna never eat subway again. They lied to me and stole my money
