Had to tell the kid repeatedly what he was trying to do... then he gave me moldy meat. Stale flatbread. Old nasty spinach. Didn't put the sauce on.. the whole sandwich was horrible and so was my husband's. Will never go back to this location ever again

First, I called the store to confirm if they had an item that most subway locations don't have. The customer service was superb, and they did not hesitate on letting me know what items they had available. Upon arrival, they do the standard procedure like many subway locations. Overall, they did in fact carry the veggie sandwich and the food and transaction were good.

My sandwhich was made backwards instead of putting the cheese and salamis and pepperoni on the bread she put the meat balls on first and now I gotta basically eat my sub with a fork it’s super messy and over all makes me just want to throw it because of how messy it is….i guess we gotta start telling them just exactly we’re to put stuff so it makes it easier on the customer comming from a past subway employee DO BETTER

Such good food, girls on 7/7/24 made my sandwich so fast I went to the bathroom and came back and it was already done, I’m not a regular either I just quickly said it and they had it done!

Parking: They have most of the spots covered right now because of the containers but there’s still a giant parking lot to go to it’s just farther away

The staff was friendly but they were out of several items at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon: Multigrain bread, tuna (wasn't really eniugh to make my sandwich but she tried), salt and pepper. So I got white bread (not toasted) and the bread was really flaky and a little hard.While I wasn't impressed with this visit, past visits have been good.
Ordering from this subway is definitely an experience in itself.

We stopped in on our way home from being out of town for the holidays. It was straight up noon and so the restaurant was busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has large dining capacity and was very clean. The food was delicious.
More upscale than your typical Subway. The staff was polite, fast & accurate with our order. If you are looking for a subway type sandwich in Huntsville, this is the place for you. I thought it was great.
Parking: It is in a strip mall. Large parking lot, but the lot is frequently full with cars visiting other stores. You can find parking, but at times it is a challenge.
Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to access with a wheelchair due to strep stairs. You can park a bit away from the store and gain access to the sidewalk without encountering stairs. One inside, no issues with using a wheelchair.

I ordered 3 sandwiches online. Upon arrival it was made clear that they had no bread except white bread. It would have been nice to have received a text,email or a rejection of the order since they couldn't fulfill it. They need a better system to stop this kind of thing. I will be rethinking doing business with Subway.
