Stephanie helped me. Took her forever to get to me because she was on her phone. I’m used to subway workers not showing much interest in their job but she acted like it was a burden to make my sandwich and do her job. Nothing was stocked either and it’s not like they were busy. The sweet tea was barely sweet and the radio was pretty much all static. Bathrooms were semi cleaned and trash needed to be taken out.

Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich last night. It was suppose to toasted and everything else hot. It was cold nothing was melted. I will never eat there again

I went in to order to go. The girl kept asking customers to repeat themselves when they order. Both employees had one earpod in and are struggling to hear the customer. If they had two ears available they might hear the customers better. crappy customer service, she could tell I got mad. Why do i have to work hard because she refuses to do her job right.

This location use to be good but ever since their remodel it’s been horrible. I don’t know if they got new employees bur they don’t know what they’re doing. It does look nice and clean but the service is ridiculous and not having the correct beverage products for the last month. Dr. Pepper was out. Then the tea dispenser wasn’t working and when I told an employee she just snapped back “well I just filled it” as I demonstrated to her how it wasn’t coming out and she walked away. Then the second time in the ice machine was out of order and once again multiple fountain drinks weren’t available. I place my pick up orders well in advance (cause I know they get busy) and every time I get there they are beginning on making it or leave the bag behind the counter where I can’t get it so I have to wait to be acknowledge before I asked about it because I don’t want to be rude to the other people in the middle of ordering. I use to like this location and go often because it’s so close to work, but I think I’ll take my business to Firehouse subs from now on.

Cindy Gonzalez!!!!! is one of the most RUDEST Subway employees that I have ever had to serve me …she has no work ethic in her job it’s clear too see her nails are ridiculously long to be handling food ,she doesn’t greet you nor does she care how you feel about her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

On my way to work I stop by to pick up an online order for two sandwiches. I dropped off one for my daughter while she stayed with her grandmother. Once I got to work and got ready to eat my sandwich it was made completely wrong. My daughter doesn’t like red onions or teriyaki and they put it on her sandwich. I literally had to wait 30 minutes for online order and they still got it wrong. The guys fixing the order was playing with his hair and nose during the time he was making the sandwiches. Which is very unsanitary, but I was hungry in a rush so I had no choice but to tuff it out. I contacted the manager to explain the food was wrong and he was extremely rude. He claimed that he was the district manager of all Subways in the area, but he was fixing the sink or something when I went in there. He seems more like maybe a relative to the employees that screwed up the sandwiches. Probably wasn’t even the manager. He was very much defensive about the employees and I never seen a district manager fixing stuff in the store. He just kept giving me excuses that he was a trainee and made a mistake. Okay, but we had to throw away our sandwiches and order uber eats, which I hate having my food delivered in other people personal vehicle. He expressed no empathy. He doesn’t care about the customer when the employee made the mistakes. How could you tell me the trainee is trying to learn but all you can do is apologize for the mishap and that’s IT. I understand he was trying to learn that’s the reason I had patience while waiting 30 mins for my online order. Never again will I eat at any Subway location that I would even think help this person make another cent, so rude. Then the female employee asked me what’s wrong and why you can’t just couldn’t eat the cold cut. Words, like that just cause you to get even more angry.

The white multigrain bread was so tough I almost needed a knife and fork to eat it. Everything else was fine but the bread ruined it. Probably won’t go there again.

The people here did an amazing job! I ordered a complicated order (customized sandwiches for several people in my office) and the man over the phone repeated everything back to me perfectly. They got everything out within 10 minutes and ready for pickup. Excellent job 👏 I'll definitely be coming back.

Had to tell the kid repeatedly what he was trying to do... then he gave me moldy meat. Stale flatbread. Old nasty spinach. Didn't put the sauce on.. the whole sandwich was horrible and so was my husband's. Will never go back to this location ever again
