The staff was friendly but they were out of several items at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon: Multigrain bread, tuna (wasn't really eniugh to make my sandwich but she tried), salt and pepper. So I got white bread (not toasted) and the bread was really flaky and a little hard.While I wasn't impressed with this visit, past visits have been good.

We stopped in on our way home from being out of town for the holidays. It was straight up noon and so the restaurant was busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has large dining capacity and was very clean. The food was delicious.

More upscale than your typical Subway. The staff was polite, fast & accurate with our order. If you are looking for a subway type sandwich in Huntsville, this is the place for you. I thought it was great.Parking: It is in a strip mall. Large parking lot, but the lot is frequently full with cars visiting other stores. You can find parking, but at times it is a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to access with a wheelchair due to strep stairs. You can park a bit away from the store and gain access to the sidewalk without encountering stairs. One inside, no issues with using a wheelchair.

I ordered 3 sandwiches online. Upon arrival it was made clear that they had no bread except white bread. It would have been nice to have received a text,email or a rejection of the order since they couldn't fulfill it. They need a better system to stop this kind of thing. I will be rethinking doing business with Subway.

I got take and the app has no option for the buy one get one foot long promotion so I paid $62 for 5 foot long meals. When I asked if I could get it rerun I got a smirk and a smug shrug and no. Super disappointed and disrespectful. I’ll go elsewhere for premium prices. See ya subway.

Overall poor experience. I placed a mobile order on 10/18/2023 and was slated online to get my food at 12:20p and didn’t get it until 12:35p. Can’t fault staff too much on that as it was lunch rush and they were very busy. My main reason for low rating was one of the girls who was making sandwiches took tip jar and dumped all the dirty money onto the counter behind her where online orders were being packaged. Very unsanitary and don’t see myself coming back to this location.

The food is fine, but the service could really use some improvement. I don't know who the black girl at the counter was tonight, but when I asked to get some cups of ranch on the side, she couldn't have been more disgusting with getting them. A black cup was flipped upside on the counter, God knows how dirty that might have been. And then she carried the cups with her fingers *inside* the cup. I'm talking bare-handed fingers all up inside the little black cups, with *no gloves on*. That's so disgusting. Idk if she's new to service industry, but jfc, wear some gloves before you do something like that. Oh, and the kicker? After she had gotten her greasy fingers into the side cups, she decided to *then* put some plastic gloves on. It's the little things like this that really puts a person off wanting to eat at a restaurant. Put your dang gloves on first before touching people's foods, my God woman! I didn't even want the cups of ranch after seeing that display of disgusting-ness.
