I went to Taco Bell tonight and ordered a burrito, and it had hair in it. I came back to get it replaced. I asked if I could get a small compensation, like chips and cheese on the side, and they told me they couldn’t do that and could only remake the burrito.
The guy working just shook his head and acted like there was nothing he could do. He looked irritated and made it seem like it wasn’t his problem at all. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since the issue was food safety.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you’re okay with rude service and a frustrating experience. If I could put 0 stars I would.

whoever works night shift perhaps should be retrained. more than twice now i’ve gotten a pathetic excuse for a crunch wrap. only thing crunchy about it was the inch of lettuce and nothing else. basically zero meat both times, come on dude.

Don’t get me wrong, I think the staff are pretty chill and don’t usually get orders wrong but holy cow, the amount of crickets wondering around the dining area is insane and it’s just a no go for me at that point. Needs to be fixed asap.

The portion sizes were a bit small, especially when it came to the meat portions. Despite that, the food was definitely edible, and I enjoyed my meal. I would consider going back to try other dishes on their menu. Ultimately, I had a pleasant dining experience.
Not a single person manning a cash register, I was told to order on the tablet. After taking 5 minutes to make my order and choosing to pay cash. I then waited for another 5 minutes until someone finally came to take my cash. They instantly told me they didn't have enough change and couldn't do anything. If you don't trust you employees with more than $20 dollars in the register then it's time to get new employees, not screw over and waste customers time.

It definitely wasn't worth the $30 I paid for! Items were missing, potatoes were rock hard, poorly put together..Needless to say im never going back and I hope they get shut down cause they definitely went down hill last few yrs..

as for as taco bells go, this isn’t the worst, and i have yet to have any issues with the workers or management. however, it is sometimes a gamble with the quality of my food. several times i’ve ordered the cheesy gordita crunch and it was not even warm, felt stale and soggy—which, for a $5 taco, is depressing. but hey, you get what you pay for. what i CANNOT abide by is the utter lack of cinnamon dust on the cinnamon twists. i buy the cinnamon twists almost every time i order here, but there’s been a handful of times where i’ve received the twists and they were simply, for lack of a better word, bare? totally devoid of the cinnamon dust that makes it actually taste good.
3/5 for friendly staff and fast service. still 10x better than the mcdonald’s on sam houston ave.
