Better of the two taco bells in town. Tortillas are usually left on the thing that heats them up too long and are flaky and almost crunchy, now personally I love this but it's not how it should be done. The beans are always on point when I go compared to the other location in town. Special requests are followed... Some times lol 😂 but it's Taco Bell and 2025, you can't ask for much above slop for 15$.
Abhorrent behavior from employees. They are disrespectful to customers and prone to nosiness + prying. Furthermore, they outright shame customers. The women who work the night shift need to be harshly reevaluated and ideally fired from their positions. They are shockingly unprofessional and unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the current employees working there.

12 minute wait for a burrito. Granted it looks like a huge order is right before me, but I expected it to be a 10 minute stop in total, including eating. No sense of urgency from the workers. Don't come during a rush or if you are in a rush. 5 pm is shift change time... bad planning. Might be a bad day, but no one is treating it as such. Now up to 18 minute wait time after proof reading and still no burrito. Because of this I shifted from 2 star to 1 star.

Ordered food and took it home. There was nothing on my food. No lettuce, no cheese, no tomatoes, no sour cream....nothing. My husband ate his food and threw it up exactly 3 hours later. It was awful. We will never go back to taco bell. This experience has ruined taco bell all together for us. The picture is the inside of my crunch wrap Supreme. This doesn't look right, does it? Thank God I had extra veggies at home to add to it.

Ordered a Luxe Cravings box. The chalupa was cold and the sour cream in both it and in my burrito smelled and tasted bad. Couldn't eat the rest. When half of your order is bad, you know you've wasted $7. Best to go to the Taco Bell near the college or not at all.

10s 10s 10s across the board. Leah Smith has that place thriving. 10/10 I would recommend. So when we walked in the door I felt a sense of peace & welcome. My son ordered nacho cheese fries and they were fresh and delicious. The way she leads her shift one can tell they respect her and not fear her it’s a huge difference. I will be returning because of manager Leah, she definitely deserves a raise!
