The young gentleman at the window is very positive and friendly. Of course the burritos are good...or I wouldn't go there 🤣 I appreciate his excellent customer service

I'm a doordash driver and everything time in come in here for an order it takes over 30 minutes, I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this store. Instead go into the city of Huntsville for Taco Bell. I hope not all the workers are lazy and unwilling to work but I'm not convinced otherwise

I asked for a nacho cheese taco and a hard shell gordita, with burrito and did not receive it, wrong order! That was the seven dollar meal tray! Was very dissatisfied.

Seems every time I try to order when im working overnight their card machine isn't working, but when I order during the day their card machine works just fine.

The ordering process was incredibly smooth and user-friendly It was a breeze to navigate through the menu and customize my choices. Moreover, the service was remarkably quick, and I didn't have to wait long at all for my food 🚀. The taste of the meal was exactly as I had hoped, exceeding my expectations. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

We sent in an online order and they still screwed it up. It was in writing. They had plenty of time to make it right, but they wouldn't. After sending in the order, we drove to the restaurant and then sat in line another 15 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. The lobby was closed. We counted at least a half dozen employees walking around chatting with each other. When we finally got the order, they left an item out, so we had to wait on that. Once we left and got ready to eat, all we had were tortillas with so little filling they were completely FLAT. Worst Taco Bell we've ever been to. Management doesn't care, so the employees don't care. Now WE don't care. We will never be back. One bad experience too many. How does a place run out of drink cups? Don't waste your time and money at a Taco Bell in Huntsville, Texas. They do NOT appreciate your business.

Since when does taco bell run out of mild sauce? They only had hot, fire, and Diablo! Ordered the grande nachos...very little meat, alot of refried beans, very very very small amount of pics (maybe 3 diced tomatoes, never saw any onions or other ingredients for the pico), very very small dab of sour cream, and even smaller dab of guacamole, as far as the shredded cheese or cheese sauce...no shredded, but there was dab of cheese sauce in 3 corners. Never received any eating utensils, napkins, nor the hot sauce that I asked for since they were out of mild. Guess they were out of more than just mild sauce

My dad came into order earlier and my order was bean meat and cheese burrito. Guess what I got in the bag a thin layer of meat like you'd put mayo on bread and hardly any cheese, wow also no beans haha tried to call several times just rings and rings then beep beep beep. This location is so bad at delivering the right orders for years now. Maybe they need to go back and re train learn what presentation is as well as correct amounts on each item. Shame. Ask me why I go back for years in hopes they've actually learned how to respect customers food. I use to be a manager for a restaurant and I'm just in such shock. Hate to be the one to say all this but it's about time someone does. Lost a customer will only be going to the one by the college where I've never had an issue.
