Terrific Service, Consistent Food. Huntsville doesn't have a shortage of good Mexican food. There are plenty of quality places to try. But my go-to place is Fiesta Taqueria, you will not find better Fajita Nachos or Fajita Quesidias anywhere in the entire State. Not sure what they do that separates them from everyone else, but it is magical.

I love their Carne Guisada plate and my husband likes their menudo! But the thing I also ordered was their other hot sauce, the spicer one!! It is so good!!!

The service is great as expected when the owner is the server. The food was great, the fajita meat was tender with good flavor the refried beans are great. The restaurant is small and clean with a community feeling of regulars. I have eaten here 5 times and have not had a bad meal.
