...misleading price displays, increased prices....that is enough in itself. And it's the busy season; Customer Service should fast, efficient, and attentive (although nice enough when you finally get up there).

Store is great. Love Walmart plus with Paramount. But the parking lot takes forever to navigate.

They have this neat little button at the cologne section where you press it and it sends a message to an associate to come unlock the door for you to get a cologne/perfume. The catch is the button lights up to make you feel like you're actually reaching an associate when in reality nobody is listening to wherever the message is sent to and you're stuck trying to find an associate and everyone points you to someone else who conveniently also doesn't have the key or care.

As with most Walmarts, generally speaking, they had everything I needed for my camping trip at nearby Huntsville State Park. In and out, all without so much as a snag. The only drawback is having never shopped here before. I had to quickly learn where everything was. If that's my only complaint, life is good.

Summary: * Illogical substitutions * Unorganized and understaffed pickup section * No "missing item" option for certain refund items * Lengthy hold times * Complicated return process that should've been simple * It's obvious that staff feels exhausted and wants me to wait till the next day so someone else will have to handle my order problems I had placed a large online order 2 days ago to be picked up in the afternoon yesterday. There was a specific substitution that bothered me, they had subbed out my concealer for a different shade instead of using a very similar shade in a different brand. I had asked for it to be pushed back an hour and was told that's perfectly fine. Upon arrival, they let me know they had lost half of my order, gave me the other half, then let me know that it should all be in there. My bad for not checking, because when I got home I noticed 19 of the 65 items in my order were still missing. I called back, listed all the items I didn't receive, and came back in the evening to pick up the other part of my order. The only 2 employees started loading everything into the trunk out of a basket they said had my name on it. When I got out to check, it was someone else's order. They reloaded it back into the cart, I re-listed the items I was missing, and decided to come back the next day to pick up the rest of my order because the pickup section was obviously understaffed and tired. Multiple calls to the pickup section throughout the next day were left unanswered and I ended up shopping my items elsewhere and initiated a refund for my missing items. Another couple calls to pickup were left unanswered, I called another section to be transferred to the customer service line, they suggested I come in the next day to which I suggested we complete the return now, and they walked me through the refund process. 2 of my items did not have the option to list them as missing, I could only select that they had missing parts and specify in the comments that the items were completely missing. I was then prompted that I had to return the 2 items that I wanted the refund for, and you can see how that's problematic because I didn't get them in the first place. I had to contact customer service again, at which point they explained I needed to contact corporate to get my measly $14 return for my final 2 missing items. The hold time was longer than the actual conversation at 20 minutes which is no one's fault, but irritating to deal with when I've been having problems with Walmart for over 2 days for my order. Maria from corporate was extremely helpful and understanding, yet the consecutive problems have unfortunately overshadowed that. The draw of pickup is the simplicity of adding items to a list, showing up, and having it put in your car as opposed to going inside and spending 2 hours wandering around and doing a scavenger hunt of everything you need. If I had known that my order would take 2 days to resolve, I simply would've went into the store to buy them. I realize that the entirety of my purchases at Walmart throughout my whole life is a drop in a bucket compared to what the brand makes in a single day, yet I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I will give Walmart Hunstville a 0 Star but there is not option so I am giving them 1 Star. CURBSIDE: HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed the order at 9am today 2/13/2021. Spoke with one of the lady's over the phone and she confirmed that my order will be ready between 7 pm-8pm. I received a text stating my order wasn't ready @ 7 pm and they will let me know , guess what 9pm and haven't received any text message . I called the 1800 number and waited for 30 minutes until a customer representative answer, with the bad news that Walmart closed at 8pm and I had to wait until tomorrow and they already charged the amount for the groceries and I haven't received anything. This is my first and last time that I order thru Walmart I am going back to HEB . DON'T BUY AT WALMART HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff is generally not very helpful here but hey its Walmart right? My biggest disappointment is the lack of hand baskets at this location, i think they've done away with them all together. i'm not feeding a family of five so i don't need a shopping cart the size of the titanic so i end up carrying the few items i do have and i can't buy anymore. Otherwise it's alright.

For a Walmart in a college town it is very neat. I always get asked for help but ( not in an annoying way where you feel like people follow you but in an actual helpful way ). I'm not sure why the rating is so low. Sometimes things can be messy but I mean it's Wal-Mart and so many people go there and wreck the place looking for things. I've seen employees try to keep it clean and organized but there's only so many things you can do especially when school starts back up. I only have a for out of five because the self check out on the left are closed a lot but they have some on the other side so it cool you just have to walk. All I'm saying is it's a Walmart not a castle people expect to much and this one is a lot better than others I've been to. Nice employees, clean bathrooms, and mostly organized. Oh and I saw someone saw something about the isles, they are narrower than others but just don't be rude and take up the whole isle. If you stick to one side and don't go straight down the middle then your good.

Walking from a cashier straight to the door to have a search isn't my idea of shopping. If you are worried about theft then have your staff watch for it or arrest the people who do commit the crime. Don't profile me because I spend the money and dress properly when I am in public. Yes it's true, some of there prices are good but I will shop elsewhere. Last time I shop here. H.E.B and Alde is my new place even if prices are higher sometimes.

I came here for an oil chnge and a battery replacement and it took 3 hours. The girl at the fron desk didn't have sense enough to tell me that my car was ready. They young lady on the outside who input my information in happened to walk inside and told me once she saw me. They are doing a poor job on customer service. I understand being understaffed but at least tell me when my car is ready and hot have me sitting for an extra 20-30 minutes. If it wasnt for the battery warranty, I wouldn't have come here.
