We wanted to try as advertised snickerdoodle.Shake, but when we ordered it, they told us they could only put a swirl on top of a frosty.This is such false advertising.That's the main reason we stopped.We were very disappointed

I visited yesterday on the way back from Houston. Food was hot, the fries were really really good. The lady at the front counter was probably one of the friendliest, most professional Wendy’s employees I’ve ever encountered.

I had the Taco salad, it was really good. It was a little busy, only complaint, the dining area tables stayed dirty longer than normal. Like just about every table was dirty. I took napkins & water & literally started cleaning tables myself. I didn't mind at all, it just looked bad.
Not a fan of their food. But that doesn't mean their food is bad. I'm a fan of their frosty.

There was only one other person in the drive thru when I got my food and the bacon double was ice cold, hard, unseasoned and disgusting. Like..I could barely eat it. I asked for spicy chicken and got regular chicken, I asked for bbq sauce and didn't get it even though I paid for it, there was mayo on my sandwich instead of ranch, the fries were cold, the chicken was also unseasoned, the bun was old and hard, it was just a huge disappointing expensive mess. I've recently been to the Conroe Wendy's next to the outlet mall and it was completely different it was hot fresh seasoned and delicious. Please care more so you don't disappoint other people. Will never go back.
