Not great. I stopped at this location for the first time and was charged for double meat but got a single. I asked for BBQ and got ketchup. I'm an adult and I don't care, but my kids hate ketchup. Even though dad was trying to be nice and treat everyone to Wendy's, it was ruined by incompetent humans. Just save your money and make everyone grilled cheese when you get home

Wasn’t my best Wendy’s experience. But it was slow and employees bored. Usually I think a restaurant experience starts with management. If it’s poor. So will the rest be. Parking was very good. It’s what attracted me. I drive a 18 wheel semi. So any place that I can park gets a very open mind. These guys probably were just caught during a very slow period so were distracted by boredom.

Absolutely disgusted with this wendy’s chain. the man (donavan) taking my order was completely unprofessional and over shared every bit of his life including the grossest things i’ve probably ever heard. all i wanted was a frosty and just standing in the lobby i watched who i assume to be the manager open peoples food look through it and wrap it back up and give it to them. both the manager and donovan were both extremely unprofessional, dirty, and made me want to never come back. absolutely disgusting.Parking: +10

The price of these burgers continues to get higher and higher while the size of them gets smaller and smaller. It's ridiculous. They look like sliders. But they are full size price! The double stack is 4.79 and isn't even as big around as the small size cup. ?

We waited a good five minutes after walking up to the counter. Clerk at drive through never acknowledged us. Another staffer came out of the kitchen with lemonade, and was chastised by the other clerk. We ordered, and they Tried overcharging us- the register was programmed for $4.39 for a bacon cheese baked potato, menu board said $3.39. The clerk right away asked the manager to come out. After several more minutes, she did. She tried telling us to get the price the online ad showed, we had to order online. We said the menu clearly showed the $3.39 price. After a few minutes of trying to get the register to show the $3.39 price, she gave up. She took off the drink, to make it work out. Being a truck stop location, this likely happens often on more items. People in a hurry don’t check for these errors.
