To be honest I didn't even get to order. I walked in the door at 10:30 and I was told that it was going to be more than an hour's wait for me to get an order of wings. There was no one else in the store and all of the chairs had been picked up and placed on the tables. There were six people in the kitchen. I was told by one gentleman that everyone else was about to leave and that there were only be him and one other person in the kitchen. This was my first time in a Wingstop and it will be my last.

Normally I love coming to this location food is always great and the service is usually perfect however this particular time was really bad the female cashier that was up front was rude not welcoming at all then when we finally got our food she completely forgot the fries had to walk back in and said I thought this came with fries and she said oh yeah your right in a very sarcastic manner. Then went to cook the fries and they came out under done. Worst experience I have ever had at what was my favorite restaurant.

I'm a driver and absolutely hate going here to pick up. Laziest, rudest employees I've ever seen with miserable scowls on their faces. Place is dirty and cramped. Cringe. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings right down the road, people. It's brand new. Use that!

I ordered from Wingstop on February 21, 2025, at 6:18 PM. At 6:40 PM, I went inside to pick up my food, and they told me to wait 10 more minutes. By 6:50 PM, they told me to wait another hour, so I canceled the order. Two hours later, I returned to confirm if my order was canceled, and a male worker assured me it was, though he would double-check. I then placed a new order, paying with cash. When I checked on the new order, they confirmed the previous order was canceled and told me I'd receive a refund of $40.20 within 3-5 days. On February 27, 2025, I called to ask about my refund, and the worker said it should have already been processed. After providing my details, she promised to inform corporate, but as of February 28, 2025, I still haven’t received the refund.
It is now 8 days after and I have called twice, the first call , the employee told me that I should have been received my refund (Thursday), then told me she would talk to corporate after she looked the cancelled order up. Now Saturday (today) about 5 minutes ago I called and the manager (same woman) again told me that I should have been received my refund, then went on to tell me that they can’t do refunds, then told me that she would contact her district manger.
This is honestly so tiring, I won’t be ordering from this wingstop ever again.
Not to mention that the male worker who told me the order would be canceled was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my bf who was just simply asking about the sudden changes in the wait time. Which is what resulted in the order being cancelled in the first place.

This Wingstop needs to be shut down!! Management is horrible the staff is unprofessional. They messed up on my order several time then talking about I have to wait for management to call. Then the manager never calls. The place is so dirty everything need to be cleaned. The drink machine is always out of order but they don’t they still charge you for a drink you very receive!! I ask for the corporate number they talking about we don’t have one. I will never spend money here again!!!

Got what kind of food I wanted but messed up the size and count. She even picking up the receipt and looked at it. Was it just for show? 😆 manager was complaining about how some of her staff doesn’t do anything or that they can’t do it right😆😆😂 she made the order checked the receipt and handed me the food🤦 She was talking so much about how bad her employees are and manifested her own failure🤷♂️

Can management PLEASE clean up the atmosphere in this location. There was a shopping cart with a pole in it, not sure why! Let's get this small town location cleaned up to provide a better dining/take-out experience!

I have always loved Wingstop, but I incredibly regret coming to this location tonight.
After placing my order online I received a confirmation email that my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I arrived around 25 minutes later. When finally acknowledged by an employee, I was told my order was “being bagged”. While standing and waiting with other customers there were employees leaving, sitting down, taking breaks, and getting themself drinks instead of working on the orders. The store itself was very unclean. There was trash around the tables, on the floor, as well as a random shopping cart with eaten wings inside of it which made me not even want to sit down to wait.
I finally received my order 58 minutes after my order was placed. I glanced inside my bag to make sure I had two wing containers and two fries. When I got home and opened the wings, I realized we received only 9 wings after paying for a 10 piece. I DO NOT recommend this Wingstop and will definitely not be returning.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The workers there are very immature. I waited an hour for my food while everyone else just had priority above me on top of seeing them through the window just chilling on their phones and arguing with one another. I also saw one of them make food and take it out to someone else without them even paying, I’m sure it was just a friend or family member they knew. 0/10

The short guy with the bandanna behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional. He was face timing his girlfriend while people were waiting almost half an hour for food. He also touched his face twice without washing his hands afterwards. Very disgusting and unprofessional.

The new manager is absolutely useless and incompetent. Can’t seem to do his job right. Keeps hiring new KIDS that don’t wanna actually work so everything takes longer. Service is terrible, customer service is terrible. Foods always cold and soggy.

This is the ump-teenth time we've been to this location and they always get the order totally wrong and the food ends up soggy by the time we get it. Told us 20 minutes and it took over an hour. There were 2 people waiting on their food so I don't know why they took so long. The tables were all dirty and the floors had food on them. Like I don't understand how their store manager EVER thinks that's how a place is ran but even a DM would not usually allow that so it's beyond me how this location isn't being ran right.
