I order half a Lb of moist brisket, half rack of pork ribs, and quarter pound of sausage. The Brisket was seasoned to perfection it was some of the best I have ever had. The ribs did not fall short of that description they were extremely tender juicy and again seasoned to perfection. The sausage was great as well it is impossible to not do sausage the right way. 10/10 would recommend to fulfill your BBQ needs.

It’s a food truck! NO indoor dining.Food tasted bland AND they’re STINGY! Asked for more raw onion and got one extra ring. One. Only two slices of brisket. It looked tiny so they turned the scale around & weighed it. Was supposed to be .25 lb but was only .19! To his credit (and to save face) he gave me another slice. ??♂️Meat was dry & cool, not warm. Beans were boring. Will NOT be back. Got the Hornet Box special for $23. Total was $28!!! So bad.
Sarah and Clay are amazing! 🤩 I would go and just visit with them even if they didn’t have their awesome BBQ! The food is mouth watering and they have so many choices! My fave is the brisket nachos! 😋
Go give them a try, but be prepared to stay hooked! ⭐️🫶🏼
