I do not recommend eating here the staff were very Rood the bus lady hit the back of my hill with her cart when I was making a plate with a small child I told her excuse me and she grabbed a microphone and said something in a different language idk if she was telling them to spit in my drink or watch us to make sure we didn’t dine and dash the location that there in makes them more expensive then others being that it’s close to the mall but I’ve had way better food at other restaurants with less locations I will never return

Unfortunately, my dedication has Led me to this poor establishment staff was incredibly rude. Food was Incredibly cold If I could find more ways to describe the words that I want to use, they would have me write new Dictionary so please take my advice. Went there payed for me and a buddy. Got charged 100.00 left a 10.00 tip. No need for more when they only filled up the first time. Food is good bud if they did this to me how many other people are they doing this too. Watch out.

Never are we coming here again they were so rude I don’t know who it was a manager or what harassming us at our table while we ate, coming back up to us many times and then being racist asking us if we spoke Spainsg and English and trying to speak to us in Spanish and demanding a tip again like girl we were gonna tip but after harassing us we’re good honey..

I really enjoyed the food, especially since it was so fresh and plentiful during our visit. Our drinks were refreshed continuously and always had them full. It's all typical Chinese restaurant fare, but I have no complaints since it was all done very well.

one of the worse experiences I’ve had with service, as we were paying at the table the lady request tip & told her if we could have a minute but still pressures us standing in front of us as my family is finishing up..the first mistake was staying after the server who asked for drinks snatched the paper out of my hand. Worse service ever first and last time going to this location

Always good except now you pay at your table instead of near the exit. They must have switched it because people could just walk out. I don't blame them for switching. Salmon is always good, chicken with broccoli, beef with broccoli, Rangoon is my favorite, spring and egg roll with sweet & sour. Creamy mac and cheese, garlic bread, crab with cheese love that dish.

The FOOD was DECENT but having are sever hovering over us as we're trying to pay the check looking inside the wallet,and then ask us is that it when we told her to keep the change was absolutely rude.and we spoke to the manager and she said she didn't believe us because she doesn't speak ENGLISH and that she's one of the best servers they had.FIRST OF YOU COULD HAVE JUST SPOKEN WITH US AND KINDLY ADDRESSED HER ABOUT BEING GRATEFUL OF GETTING A TIP INSTEAD OF ASKING IS THAT IT HOW ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL FOR THE MANAGEMENT TO SAY SHE DOESN'T BELIEVE US AND IGNORE THE SITUATION COMPLETELY WILL PROBABLY BE AVOIDING THIS LOCATION FROM NO ON...

I do my best to only post reviews that are only 4 stars or above, but this place has to be the exception. Me and my family have been enjoying the food here for a long time while this buffet has been under the management of Louie. Ever since he left, this restaurant is going downhill in steep grade. The restaurant is hot and almost all the food is cold. On top of all the above, waitress was not attentive enough to even refill the water until the end of my dining here. We will continue support Louie’s restaurant elsewhere across Texas and even in Oklahoma, because our family’s business with Asian King Buffet is over due to its incompetency.
