This place NEVER has fresh pretzels actually available. You always have to wait. They’ll push the pretzel BITES on you, which just aren’t the same at all.

This one is so unorganized. I'll wait 10minutes to get my order, then I'm told to comeback in 10minutes to get it.
When I come back, they ignore me when I tell them I'm ready to pick up my pretzel and I'm told to wait in line ANOTHER 10minutes for my pretzel that's already sitting in the heater. Where are we supposed to pick up our already made/online orders without having to wait in line ??

Very disappointing, I waited 6 minutes for a pretzel to be made with no salt only to be served an over cooked and burnt pretzel. Never again!!

I purchased the weiner dogs and a watermelon slushy. You couldn't understand the cashier as he was mumbling. Then he gave my slushy and moved on to next customer and spoke to the next customer ok but forgot to give me my pretzel dog. Then proceeded to give me attitude when I asked them for my pretzel dog. Even rolled his eyes. The worst part I was given 8 instead of 10 pretzel dogs.

I remember Auntie Anne's pretzel used to be so good before.
Now, it got burned. The 1st time, some months ago, I didn't enjoy it. It was burned and tasted bitter.
Then, another time after that, it was the same, tasted bitter because it was burned.
The lady was friendly.
Walking by, it smells good, but I still remember the bitter taste. So, no more for me.

My whole cup is burnt , they covered it by putting un burnt on top but then after it's all burnt.....???

Frustrating how regularly they are out of stock of basic items. Out of my 6 past visits they have been out of stock of salted pretzels 5 times.

At first I received a pretzel that was breaking into pieces so I exchanged it but this pretzel was still raw in the middle. Will not be returning to this location.
