Came here a little past 7 on a Sunday. There were 2 other occupied tables and no shortage of staff. We seated ourselves and they took our drink order about 5 minutes later. About 5 minutes after that, they came back and took our food order. The food was quickly prepared and was at our table in less than 10 minutes. The staff came by twice throughout the hour we spent here to refill coffee and make sure our needs were met.

My wife and I are trying new breakfast spots around DFW and my son loves bacon, so we tried bacon’s bistro. Waitstaff was great and love the fact the menu changes monthly with new additions. Definitely have that country breakfast vibe. I feel like they were a little extra busy last Sunday; the waitstaff was running around, just seemed like a slow kitchen, but I will say eggs came out as ordered and all the food was fresh. My first visit and I was not disappointed!! Brenda provided us with fast and friendly service. The food was amazing. The portions are generous. You will not be hungry when you leave Definitely worth a visit!!!
