We had our sons 8th birthday here the other night. I hate that I can't remember the waitresses name but she was such a sweet soul. I know employees typically aren't excited for large parties. Large party or small we always have the intentions of being organized and not making it difficult as customers for the staff. We still had a few mishaps of not ordering things all at once, asking for a few more favors etc. But she was very polite and patient through it all. She was on top of refills, asking how our food was and providing everything within a timely manner. We really, really appreciate her making the experience enjoyable and I hope we weren't too much of a bother. Thanks again ❤️

This was my first time at this location I came in Saturday and was greeted by an amazing host Aniya who gave me a warm welcome. she was happy to explain the menu to me and give me some good food recommendations. This was a great introduction to the reasteront the rest was okay, but I think I’ll come back just for the costumer service.

Damian was extremely helpful with my take out order. His customer service was outstanding. I forgot to add a salad so I called and he was more than helpful in adding it to my order. The restaurant industry could use more associates like Damian, he had a wonderful positive attitude, that you could tell was genuine. I will definitely be returning to this BJs thanks to Damian.

Had a great dining experience at BJ Brewhouse (Hurst). It was crowded however the restaurant was not loud. Perhaps the calm lighting help keep the mood mellow. Our food came out in good timing and everything tastes delicious! We shared the mini burgers (comes with 4) Patties were seasoned well. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was delicious! I would definitely go back for more!

We come here every other week for work tag-up lunches. The lunch menu is very affordable and has something for everyone. Their in house made beers are delicious as well. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at BJ's and I've tried a lot of their enormous menu.
