A roach opened the door for us and then walked us out. The food cases are absolutely disgusting ? and this location needs to close! I’ll never return might as well sell the building and try another business venture. I did not buy anything after walking in and seeing the muck and guck in the food case.

I pick up orders for doordash and uber and every time I have to pick up something at this location they are out of something that was showing available to the customer on the website. Update your website menu availability by location. This is such a waste of time and routes for the restaurant because most times the part of the order that was available gets canceled by the customer after its already been prepared and packed.

I visited this store on 9/22/23 at 6:40 pm. The drink machine was not working, so no drinks were available for purchase. While I was there they sent 3 pickup drivers out without orders saying they were already given out or cancelled and she mentioned they were out of ribs to one driver. I was also told they were out of side salads. There was nothing cooking on the rotisserie. The cooler beside the glass counter was empty. It looks like the store is closing

The location on Hurtsview and Grapevine highway is absolutely awful. We came around 8 pm and went through the driveway to order several meals for my self my wife and kiddos. The woman in the drivethrough was very rude and nasty. We couldn't hear very well due to the speaker malfunction and asked her to repeat a few things and she snapped at us then when we confronted her behaviour she argued and continued acting unprofessional. Not a good look for Boston Market. Not to mention the missing sign and trash in the parking lot. Do not go to this location. Maybe that's why that store is never busy due to the fact they can't hire someone who speaks to their paying customer respectfully. Do better . How embarrassing Boston Market.
We went there last night because my granddaughter said it was her favorite.The wait staff totally ignored us for about 10 minutes. When they finally acknowledged us, they were surly and acted like we were an imposition. The soft drink machine was broken so we drank water. I will never return.

I have been going to this location for almost 11 years. The food used to be good. My last visit ever was Friday. The employee at the window informed me that the recipe for creamed spinach had changed and customers were complaining about it, so I chose not to get it (I appreciated her honesty). What I did get was all pretty awful. The roast chicken had absolutely zero flavor whatsoever. The white meat was so dry I choked on it. The cornbread was bland and uncooked in the middle. The broccoli was also bland and seemed to have no seasoning at all. The sweet potato casserole was fine, but it was the only decent thing about the meal. If Boston Market is trying to run itself out of business, they are doing a great job at this location. I won't be back again....ever.

This place used to be so good… What happened? The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there… I did tip them and thanked them for working..and I did get a smile out of them. They were out of alot of items ..the meatloaf was dry and burnt… But it was the end of the day ..Mashed potatoes were instant…The cornbread was edible, but not great… I hate to see this ??
