Go to spot for ice cream. Always fast, ice cream is price decently, and their food is consistently good. I would have given it five stars but almost every time I go, the girl who takes your money at the drive-thru doesn't give you a hello or a thank you... and also if I asked for extra hot fudge on my sundae, it seems they put less than it normally comes with.
This location of Braum's is always clean, the staff is polite, and the management here is on top of everything. It is very important to be treated nicely and to have a nice clean environment to sit down and have a good meal. You guys are killing it and to all of the employees here at this location we see your everyday hard work. The food is fresh and tasty every time we visit this store. I love this place but am slightly disappointed in the drive thru staff lately. Last evening for example the young lady handed me the bags and there was melted ice cream all over the outside of the bags. We did not even order ice cream this time. It was a mess! Also, she did not ask if we needed condiments and we did not get our receipt.
