This location of Braum's is always clean, the staff is polite, and the management here is on top of everything. It is very important to be treated nicely and to have a nice clean environment to sit down and have a good meal. You guys are killing it and to all of the employees here at this location we see your everyday hard work. The food is fresh and tasty every time we visit this store. I love this place but am slightly disappointed in the drive thru staff lately. Last evening for example the young lady handed me the bags and there was melted ice cream all over the outside of the bags. We did not even order ice cream this time. It was a mess! Also, she did not ask if we needed condiments and we did not get our receipt.
Very clean good staff very attentive ice cream is very good I highly recommend this location my only slight issue was a price change but never explained why until after I was charged. The manager did correct it .
