Food is always fresh (even before close) and everything comes out very fast. I always see the manager here and the staff is very polite. 11/10

man i used to love this place but today will be my last visit. prices have gone up so much its not worth it any more. before you got a protein portion for the price of the bowl, now its extra. $3.50 for a portion of chicken, MAYBE one breast? thats ridiculous. my meal cost $20! i got a miso soup with it, it had ONE. ONE piece of tofu in it. have to ask for lids for the take away sauce cups, and they only give you ONE sauce cup for this bowl which isnt enough. Shrinkflation shouldnt be hitting this hard for dry chicken....

The BEST Korean bowls! Sally is a GEM ! She makes sure all is beyond great with a lovely and happy demeanor. The bowls are tasty, right temperature and crafted to perfection. The bowls themselves are adorable & keep the food warm till the last bite.

Burning Rice is a great option for lunch or dinner. They offer a wide variety of dishes to satisfy every pallette. I generally stick to rice and chicken dishes, but have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered here. Service is quick, servers are quite friendly, and the dining room is always lively and clean.Vegetarian options: Burning Rice offers lots of options that don't have meats.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room is easily accessed and navigable for those in wheelchairs.

Apparently the hours of operation are just a suggestion ?!Went in on a Tuesday evening 8:46 to be exact just wanted a bbq box to go , started putting my order in on the self help kiosk cause you can’t order in person. Was about to total my order and pay when I was told we aren’t actually open still which was odd since a delivery driver was walking out while I walked in , I looked down at my watch and it was 8:48 I politely said oh I thought your door said you where open till 9 and received just a glare . Guess they isn’t need my business that night or ever again

Trying Dolsot Bibimbap after 30 days in the USIt's a pity compared to Korea, but it's been a while since I went back to my hometown.I tasted the taste and had a pleasant meal. I sprinkled it with red pepper paste, soy sauce, sesame may, and various other things. It was a unique taste for Koreans, but it was better than I expected. We needed sesame oil, but I was fully convinced by the additional explanation that it was done according to the sentiment of this country. Boss? I don't know if it was the manager or someone in charge, but they greeted me with a bright smile and even greeted me to see me off, so I felt the affection for Koreans ? I feel good because I think I can have a happy day today.

The food is pretty good but it is impossible to comment on the new ordering system. I was always able to request “No Sesame Seeds and No Sesame Oil” but am no longer able to do so unless I go into the store in person then wait 20+ minutes for my order to be made. Then of my four meals they removed sesame oil and seeds on ALL of them instead of just the one meal. Disappointing. Will not go as often if we have to order in person. Sad too because in general the food is good.

Phenomenal lunch! Kimchi rice with spicy pork was delicious fire. I wish they had a location up here in Argyle! (Plenty of development where this could happen!)

I feel like their food quality has gone down. Bulgogi has not much flavor and is just dry and tastes old. Not sure if it’s the type of meet they use or just ingredients. I’ll eat Korean food
