Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Took them almost 30 minutes to make my food. Then the man-made excuses on why it took so long.

Disappointed every time I asked for only light mayo they still added lettuce and tomato I wanted it re-done they took it back and just pulled the toppings off and waited a few minutes so then it was cold. They also made my fries first and just sat then done while making the rest of our food so they weren’t that hot either. Total disappointed. 😔

The fire alarm kept going off at random times. Good food though. Was nice and hot when ready

Got our order wrong charged my wife wrong and charged me for her fries.chicken too dry tasted like cardboard. Could not fill catsup container charged me for another order of fries I should not have had to pay for .when my wife ordered the 7dollar combo.no napkins at refreshment counter .pissed me off when they could not acknowledge their mistake,or fix it. Will not go back .lost

Food is typically good but you really need to watch them on delivery. We ordered a chocolate chunk cookie for 3.29 and they had the audacity 2 give us a 2 pack of Oreos. Really in what world are those an equitable price?

Wonderful food for the price. The servers were really patient, and even went out of their way to fix an issue that wasn't even their fault. Definitely coming back here.

Stood at the registers for more then 10 minutes. During that time every employee looked at me, but none of them could be bothered to say anything or acknowledge my presence. A simple" we will be right with you" would have saved them from losing my order for 6 people. I am sure this will fall on deaf ears, but just thought I would share my experience.

The food here is outrageously good and the people are always so nice. This is one of my favorite places to go when I want a casual, quality bite now.
