Stood at the registers for more then 10 minutes. During that time every employee looked at me, but none of them could be bothered to say anything or acknowledge my presence. A simple" we will be right with you" would have saved them from losing my order for 6 people. I am sure this will fall on deaf ears, but just thought I would share my experience.

Today was my 1st time visiting again after many terrible visits. Today was amazing. The young man you hired who is from Houston was AWESOME. He was very polite and friendly and this was the best experience I've EVER had in this location. I'm sure he can't work all the shifts but you all need to clone him b/c his engaging attitude will bring your location wealth untold! Great job hiring team.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place.I placed an online order for a large Philly cheese steak w/ jalapenos and extra provolone and extra mushrooms plus the Ultimate fries with jalapenos and ranch on the side.I was surprised there was no additional charge for the jalapenos nor for the extra mushrooms which is a major plus.I placed the order online at 2:51 p.m. and it was ready in less than 8 minutes. The food was wonderful and the service was great.

Ordered the everyday specials- small chicken philly which came with original fries. The lady at the counter didnt ask what kind of sub I wanted like philly, buffalo or teriyaki. Nevertheless the sub was too bland but the fries were a surprisingly delicious.
First time eating here and placed an order for pickup. Waited 10-15 after checking in when the order was ready and it was not brought out. The location refuses to pick up their phone using either number listed. They made one of our sandwiches wrong and forgot to give us fries for one of our orders. Sandwiches were soggy and warm at best. Tried to call but couldn’t get a hold of an employee. A bit ridiculous for a $30 meal and will likely not be eating here again. When we went inside to grab the order after waiting a while, the employee was very rude.

I was standing in line, the person at the counter was helping the person in front of me, and when they got done helping the customer, the worker disappeared into the back.Not a really good impression. Would be willing to give it a try but I'm hardly ever on this side of town
