Worst chickfila in the area. Each time I come here the staff behave like I'm inconveniencing them. When I order at the speaker my food is usually wrong, it just seems like they aren't listening to what I'm saying. I usually avoid this location.

This is the worst CFA in all of the land. The staff I'd always nonchalant or aggressive and doesn't hesitate to make you feel like they're just here to get paid. The lines are always long, they only have people out taking orders during lunch hour but they have a nice awning with a fan. When time permits I alwaya drive out of the way to go to any other CFA. My first bad CFA experience of life.

Chick-fil-A in Hurst wasn't kind and I did a poor survey on them and they didn't respond!! Just were unfriendly, didn't speak and acted irritated when asked questions

Worst exp in my chick fil history waisted over 25-35 minutes for a order that they couldn’t find because it was not a mobile order and was a curbside and I understand that was on me but the manager or the associate not probing to ask questions and having me wait that long and tell me if they had it or not and the order clearly showed this location so why not go above and beyond to help the customer and figure it out together to change the exp around.

I normally go to the Chick-fil-A in far Southwest fort Worth. I absolutely love our Chick-fil-A. The people are the greatest the food is always perfect never have I ever gotten anything wrong. And I went to this one in H-E-B area. People were adequate not the normal Chick-fil-A 'glad to see ya'. They weren't rude but it just seemed like you were taking up time in their day. I have never had greasy food from Chick-fil-A but I've had to roll the chicken nuggets in two paper towels because they were so greasy. I don't know maybe I just got them on a bad day it was not busy at all. And I'm not whining about it, It was just so shocking because I've been so spoiled by the great service and food from Chick-fil-A. I always tell them thank you. But, next time I go to the Chick-fil-A out here. I will make sure to really thank them and tell them how much I appreciate them. They have spoiled us.
I have two kids, aged 10 and 12, who both grew up enjoying meals at this location and playing in the playroom. Unfortunately, since the remodel, this location no longer has a playroom, which is disappointing for our family and the community. While playrooms can be challenging to maintain, they play an essential role for families and for Chick-fil-A.
Playrooms offer significant benefits by creating a fun and enjoyable experience for children. They help kids associate happiness and fun with the restaurant’s brand, turning them into lifelong customers. I hope that Chick-fil-A and other companies will consider bringing back these playrooms, as they serve a vital purpose for both the brand and the community.
