I carried out a breakfast bowl this morning, and when I opened the container I was very surprised. The amount of food in a breakfast bowl had been reduced by half. This is the first time I’ve had this experience at CF, and definitely will not order the breakfast bowl again…$8! probably won’t go back there and have already told friends about my negative experience at the Hurst, TX store on Highway 26.

The automobile access to this place was very odd but the courteous staff explained it as having a strange right-of-way access. The chicken meals at Chick-fil-A over the years have been outstanding and they still are.

Ordered $50 worth of food for curbside, had 8 sides of sauces. They only included 3. Food seems fine, but I don’t understand how you can forget to include over half of the sauces, and they’re closed now, so that’s nice.

I was ignored until I walked up to counter and a young lady took my order as though she wasn't suppose to.Very strange vibe. Maybe they only cater to a different kind. Can't say I'll come back to this location.

The employees here are 10/10 the nicest people EVER. I go at least once a week for breakfast. Today I forgot to click lite ice on my mobile app for my coffee….they had already made it. Being super fast like they are. (: So I asked when I pulled up to the window about having lite ice, so they gave me the one they originally made and a lite iced one. My morning has been made!!!
