The staff seems to be a little too high horse attitude for my taste not to mention the fact that they let people who are super toxic come in and just do whatever they want. For example, one time I was walking into the restaurant and someone slammed the door open and ran into my face and screamed. You’re welcome and then ran off and I told the people at Chick-fil-A and they didn’t even care. I said please don’t let him come back here and they ignored me. Regardless, it does seem like that type of person is always drawn to Chick-fil-A. I don’t have problems with other fast food restaurants like I do with Chick-fil-A. I was in the middle of a family emergency and stopped to get food for my young granddaughter during 5:00 crowd on my way to pick her up. The Manager was training someone so I politely explained I needed to hurry. He helped me pick a kids meal because I couldn't think straight. He could tell I was rattled. He shared a brief story of a similar emergency he recently went through with a happy ending to give me comfort. He was so kind. He wouldn't accept payment and said he hoped everything turned out good. Two other employees wished me a blessed day before I could leave. I had never gone into a Chil-fil-A before, but it was like a religious experience! My finicky 2 year old granddaughter loved the meal and the book included with the meal. Their mac & cheese is her absolute favorite 💯

This location sucks. I ordered chicken tortilla soup. It says on the bag tortilla soup yet I got nasty chicken noodle soup. Thanks ugh. Really can't even get 1 item right?! If course by the time I got home it would of been to late to take it back cause they would of been closed.

I usually don’t have any issues with this location but today I ordered the tortilla soup and instead of any broth there it was way too thick and lumpy and definitely not worth the extra $3 I was charged. I’m very disappointed especially because I order from here at least twice a week
