Can't give any starts. The website says they open at 10 45 am. We'll im outside at 10 55 am and the employees are just looking like I'm crazy... either you update your hours of operation or make sure your employees are aware of those.

I love Chipotle but the Hurst location is the worst in texas. Tiniest meat portions you will ever see. Never eat at this location. ​

Horrible customer service I went for a visit 10/19/23 around 6:00 pm when I walked in there was barely anyone in line I went to place two separate orders the service was horrible I wasn’t asked if I wanted extra then when I asked for extra “ I offered to pay for extra” the order taker had an attitude and begin throwing my food in my bowl messy like they were prepping for a Gerbil I request for my plate to be remade ,all 3 employees up front were completely rude passive & aggressive I continued to be polite “Please and Thank you” I had a payment issues where I had to step out for five minutes when I came back to grab my order all the extra food I asked for was missing once I got home I noticed “ I said I would pay for the up charge no issue “ so I didn’t understand why it was an issue in the first place and then my food was played with afterwards . I had to then drive back to chipotle and request a refund there was no accountability taken and the manger just brushed me off as if I Was in the wrong honestly I feel there was a lot of discrimination upon my visit .

Chicken burrito was great! It fresh and tasty. I ordered a bag of chips that had a TON OF SALT! So I gave it 3 stars for that. Chips had way too much SALT!

They open at 10:45 we walked up at 10:47 the door is locked and they’re screaming all the way from the back everyone’s laughing like that is so rude. I would get it if it was 7 am but it’s literally 11 in the afternoon to be acting so rude for a job you signed up for
