My wife and I ate at Dave's Hot Chicken in Hurst, Texas for the first and last time on Friday, Feb 20th. We both ordered the medium spicy two-piece tenders that cost $26, and neither of us could finish the first chicken tender because it had TOO MUCH seasoning on the outside. We both really like spicy food, but this food is not too spicy, it just taste bad because so much wet seasoning is caked on the outside attempting to taste good! 😝

I am in love with Dave's hot chicken.. there is nobody that comes close in replicating that delicious mild & medium seasoning. Omfg this place is legit. Excuse my language I'm sorry. Thanks for another fire ass meal Dave's Team

The food is always delicious I bought the 10 piece tenders. My only complaint is that they o ly give 1 Dave's sauce for all 10 pieces so if it were for a work/party there wouldn't be enough sauce and when we asked for a second sauce they gave us a small little cup with about a teaspoon of sauce. I mean I dont mind paying for another large sauce but it wasn't even offered. The inside isnt much to look at but it was quiet like a library at 4pm so there's that.

Went here last night at my daughter’s request after she saw it on TikTok. This was our first time visiting, so I asked a few questions about the menu. Brittany, the GM, took our order and was extremely pushy and rude from the start.
When our food came out, one of the meals was missing. It took quite a while to receive the rest of our order. Once it finally arrived, there was no dipping sauce included for the bites. I politely asked if the item normally comes with sauce, and Brittany responded very rudely, stating that extra sauce costs a fee. I explained that we never received any sauce at all, at which point she became argumentative and continued to go back and forth with me in an unprofessional manner.
Between the poor customer service and the food itself which was honestly gross this was a terrible experience overall. I will never eat here again. A general manager should never treat paying customers this way, and she should absolutely not be the face of any company.
