The customer service is horrible and they don’t give you anytime to actually Oder and refuse to make common changes to drinks. The lady they had taking my Oder openly showed her attitude while taking my Oder and was so oblivious. I have worked in customer service and exactly where she is this is absolutely uncalled for. I don’t leave bad reviews for the simple reason people have bad days but this is more than a bad day this is multiple time I have came and received this treatment.

I ride past this location everyday and don’t buy from here cause I see the manager Rebecca car there everyday. Can I get someone else at the window to make my coffee cause I don’t trust this lady making it and I have my reasons. I have been coming to this location over two years and all the other cashiers has been ran off once this lady got here. Move her to another location so I can buy my coffee from here.

This is my second time coming to this location and honestly I will be going to a different one because why is it that I ask for light ice and they say “light ice means less coffee” like girl bffr! I ordered a large and that shit is 3/4 full and they filled the rest with cold foam and didn’t even top off the whole drink. I’m paying for coffee. Not air. In the picture it shows how full it is with coffee and how much cold foam they put and how much room is still left. Womp womp to this location
After taking multiple sips. I realized the bottom of my drink had sediments laying at the bottom. Went back to get another one asked the staff what it was. They told me the machine was not clean. Why are the machines not cleaned totally unacceptable and unsanitary.

Food was ok. My hash browns were a little too dark and greasy. The coffee tasted great, but had a couple concerns. 1. The cup had a leak but was also sealed... It was weird and now my cupholder in my car is sticky. 2. The cup was not designed well to hold/maintain temperature. I felt it immediately began to disapate heat quickly, as soon as I began to drink it

There are 2 Dunkin’ locations near my house and this one is my favorite. They consistently have a better selection of fresh donuts and this location is easier to get in and out of compared to the one near N.Tarrant. Love the frozen matcha lattes!
