My first mistake was ordering from this place by mistake. When I got inside to pick up my order, the girl gave me two coffees. I told her that I was missing the cold foam, and she grabbed one of them, poured out the coffee, and threw the cold foam on top. I told her that my second drink was missing as well, and she said that I didn't order cold foam for that one, which was my fault, so I wasn't angry about it. She then went off to work on something else, and I stood there waiting because I still hadn't received my doughnuts. I heard the girl manager approaching her and asking what I was still waiting for. She said that I was probably waiting on my cold foam, which I hadn't ordered, so the manager approached me and asking what the story was on the cold foam. I informed the manager that I didn't care about it I was just waiting on my doughnuts. She said, "I'm confused," and yelled at another employee that she grab my order and be in her place. I got my doughnuts and left. While I recognize that rush hour is hectic, these workers are disrespectful and unprofessional to their customers.

This location wasn’t very busy, but I had to sit at the drive-through waiting for someone to answer for at least three minutes and then when I got to the window, they couldn’t fulfill my entire order

I ordered an iced latte with sugar but was given an iced coffee instead. When I informed the young lady at the drive-thru window about the mistake, she told me I would need to pay for a whole new drink. When I asked to speak to the manager (Rebeca), her response was, “Next time you need to listen better,” rather than offering to correct the issue. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, as I was simply trying to receive the drink I originally ordered.

As someone who has been a manager for over 7 years, I have never treated a guest this way. I always ensure that customer concerns are handled professionally and with care, and I would expect the same level of service in return.

at 829am I drove up to the restaurant in the snow because Scooters was closed I originally ordered a brown sugar latte and decided to change the order, but the person on the speaker failed to tell me that the drink was made with whole milk wich I'm lactose intolerance so I was expecting her to add coconut milk as a sub so I get to the window and tried telling Rebecca the person working the window that I wanted to change the milk after asking her whats the ingredients and she said whole milk so asked her to change the ingredient to coconut she told me I'm just going to refund you the money and handed me the money in a very angry manner so then I said I can go around back in the drive thru and reorder she told me because shes not remaking a drink I can go to another dunkin 2 exits down but she refuses to serve me and so I asked her whos the manager and she stated I am the regional manager and what I say goes and she threw the receipt to me and told me if I have a problem I can complain online is this really how your business model is do yall really tell someone no just because they get a upset stomach to whole milk I get that I should have said that before arriving to the window but I was distracted by my 5yr old daughter in the car that also wanted something to drink I will not be returning at this location again but yall need to make this right

This place has the worst customer service. Ordered sandwich something without cheese, Tell them it’s an allergy issue. It has cheese when given but thinking it’s no issue they’ll remake it. They took my food over the counter, took my sandwich apart, peeled melted cheese off and gave it to me and I can’t trust them literally. That’s a health violation and just disrespectful. Won’t ever touch this location again.

Ask for an everything bagel, double toasted with butter was the only person in line. Seven minutes later got an everything bagel single toasted with butter on top and cream cheese on bottom I personally find cream cheese disgusting.

I ordered a large chai latte and it was delivered three quarters of the way full. I drove there to find out why my drink wasn’t full and the shift lead responded and said it’s because I ordered less ice. So, I asked her am I paying for the ice and she didn’t respond. I then asked for a refund. I ordered this yesterday the same way and my cup was full. Last time patronizing here.

I visited the drive-through and noticed drainage leakage at the ordering point, resulting in an unpleasant odor. It would be advisable to fix the leakage and maintain a clean pathway for the drive-through.
