Store manager Mary is so awesome! She remembers I order ketchup with my hash browns lol & always goes above & beyond! So grateful!!
Ordered a medium chai completely full of ice and sandwich was completely bland and eggs were a weird texture. Adding more to my one star went again f'in gross. Not busy either. I work in the food industry, if you cant do this right plz quit and save people from this horrible food, yall are putting out
I haven't been to this store in years. I used to love there cream filled Powdered sugar donuts, vanilla and chocolate. I was disappointed. They weren't fresh, and smaller than I remember. There prices are to high
Very satisfied with the selection and especially that they maintain a nut free environment since our daughter has a severe nut allergy.
Quick and easy service. I like going here on Sunday mornings before or after church service and the staff is always so nice :)

They do not care about your food.. My stuffed bagels were cold they didn't even warm it up and my coffee how can you mess up coffee all I wanted was a hot coffee with sweet hazelnut syrup.. Never coming here again
at 829am I drove up to the restaurant in the snow because Scooters was closed I originally ordered a brown sugar latte and decided to change the order, but the person on the speaker failed to tell me that the drink was made with whole milk wich I'm lactose intolerance so I was expecting her to add coconut milk as a sub so I get to the window and tried telling Rebecca the person working the window that I wanted to change the milk after asking her whats the ingredients and she said whole milk so asked her to change the ingredient to coconut she told me I'm just going to refund you the money and handed me the money in a very angry manner so then I said I can go around back in the drive thru and reorder she told me because shes not remaking a drink I can go to another dunkin 2 exits down but she refuses to serve me and so I asked her whos the manager and she stated I am the regional manager and what I say goes and she threw the receipt to me and told me if I have a problem I can complain online is this really how your business model is do yall really tell someone no just because they get a upset stomach to whole milk I get that I should have said that before arriving to the window but I was distracted by my 5yr old daughter in the car that also wanted something to drink I will not be returning at this location again but yall need to make this right

Very nasty.
The frozen coffee used to be top tier, but each time I came back to order it, their machine must be messed up. It's chunky like chewing on ice. I've asked them to fix it and it comes back the same. I finally got a refund the last time and never ordered my favorite drink again. The donuts are hard and stale and have to be microwaved. The last time was by far my worst experience so far. I got the $6 deal and from first sip to last bite, I could hardly stomach it. The iced coffee tasted of mold/mildew, the hashbrowns tasted of an oven that's never been cleaned with Indian spices, and the bagel sandwich was extremely bland, bagel was hard. All I could taste was the old bread with a hint of bacon. I was super hungry and in a hurry, I didn't have the time to come back, get a refund, and go somewhere else. By far the most disgusting meal I've ever had from an establishment in YEARS.
I received a coffee that was missing what I ordered, 2 hazelnut shots, almond milk and idk if they added the espresso shot. Tastes like regular coffee and I also ordered the english muffin toasted but guess what? It wasn’t. Not a good start to my day.

New management and employees don’t know how to make hot expresso drinks. This is the second time I got an expresso drink that barely had any coffee in it. Taste like creamer and milk. I even took a picture of how milky the drink looks to show how barely any coffee is in it. STOP being cheap and add coffee to the drinks. I think it’s a new area manager issue because most of the Dunkin’s in Arlington make weak drinks. I’m not paying $5 for MILK!!!!!

I see my review was deleted where I had documented negative experiences on a few occasions that I have come by this year including the oven not working( eye rolls) and how they never have the basic chocolate frosted donuts like EVER including the last time I stopped by on Monday 11/18/2024 around 3:58pm.
Seems like you should be popping those in the even when they are ordered if you are out just like any other restaurant. Donut is in your name why are you always out lol. There's never even a line there.

Every time I come here I get disappointed. I try giving them another chance but they disappoint every time I will never be coming to this location again. Coffee is terrible
