Why was this the best Dunks I have been to? The coffee was absolutely perfect and the bagels were done right, not too over toasted like a lot of locations do. The service was super quick too. Looks like I'm going to have to drive out to Hurst whenever I want Dunkin now. Worth it!

Advice: Put a tastable amount of frosting on a flat donut, don't burn the bacon, hire at least one experienced cook to oversee what you're serving and break away from measuring frosting that is hastily spread on (most likely to meet profitability). 11:00am and the only car in the drive thru yet I was rushed through twice. Coffee is okay, donuts lacked frosting and bacon was burnt black. We previously decided Dunkin is average at best, but today was disappointing. Should have chosen Yolo donuts or even Walmart bakery...

Drive through staff could use some training on customer service, for sure. Asked for a “Caramel Crunch Iced Latte” and instead of getting a response like “Sorry sir, but we don’t have that” or “Did you mean, X?” or “That unfortunately not on our menu, but we have x.” I just got “what’s that? We don’t make nothing called that.” I understand people have bad days, but you should not work a job of this type if your default mood setting is ALWAYS obstinance. Food orders are also consistently wrong. It’s like they are purposefully trying to annoy customers.

Same kind of service at the end of their day that you get early in the day. Fast and friendly. My coworker and I stopped in for a quick break to get out of cold for a short bit. I picked up some hot chocolate and a chocolate chocolate donut. He was a good boy and abstained. It was just what I needed to rejuvenate me, though.

HORRIBLEPHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK!I JUST ORDERED FROM UBER AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING WRONG. I ordered a sausage sourdough sandwich and they didn't even toast it. They didn't put the sausage on there. They put bacon. they gave me the loaded hash Browns with hardly any hashbrowns no cheese and a TON of bacon strips when it's supposed to be little cut up. the chrzo burrito I got was cold and not good at all. just REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Whoever worked there tonight does not care at all and does not need to be in the industry. I want to be comicated for my time and money.
Everytime we go here to get coffee they make them perfect and taste so good. I am never disappointed with our coffee and service to me this is the best location for coffee.

Great place, good food perfect drinks. The only thing is we ordered donuts and we got our drinks but they forgot our donuts and we stood there for a long time waiting and they finally remembered when they noticed us standing there. But they were busy.

I ordered a large drink and when I received it, it felt light. I thought because I got a pump at the gym and everything was feeling light. That was not the case. I opened my drink and it was half full as if the worker got a lil thirsty and drank half of it and then gave it to me.

The young lady taking the orders is rude in the drive thru and my hot drink was a little over half way filled And they just add random items to your order and charge you

The drive thru workers were very disrespectful and impatient and should not be in customer service. All three of my bagels were burnt to the crisp and therefore inedible. I also get avocado on my bagel at every single other location I have ever been too and when I inquired about doing that at this location, I was scoffed at. Will not be returning to this location.
