I went to the store and tried one of the new drinks, but I did not like it. When I asked for a refund, I was told refunds are not allowed and that they can only remake the drink. I explained that I did not want a remake and asked for a refund instead. The employee helping me, a blonde woman wearing funky-colored glasses, responded by cursing at me, saying “damn, why are you making it harder.” I told her there was no need to curse at me. She then continued to have an attitude throughout the refund process.
This was very disappointing, as I only asked for a simple resolution and did not expect to be treated with disrespect.
