I went to the store and tried one of the new drinks, but I did not like it. When I asked for a refund, I was told refunds are not allowed and that they can only remake the drink. I explained that I did not want a remake and asked for a refund instead. The employee helping me, a blonde woman wearing funky-colored glasses, responded by cursing at me, saying “damn, why are you making it harder.” I told her there was no need to curse at me. Dutch Bros is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers! I really enjoy the wide variety of drinks they offer, and the quality is consistently impressive. The location is convenient, and I especially appreciate how early they open and how late they stay open—perfect for both early risers and night owls.

It does get a bit crowded during peak hours, which just shows how popular the place is. Prices are on the higher side.

Overall, I highly recommend...
