I recently had the pleasure of dining at El Pollo Loco and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with authentic flavors. I particularly enjoyed their signature grilled chicken, which was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Overall, my experience at El Pollo Loco was fantastic, and I would definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience with great food and exceptional customer service.

The chicken here is pretty dang good, and they cook it behind the counter right there for you to see. I love that everything is super fresh and that it's always a quick place to grab a bite to eat while on an hour lunch break. The food tastes about average, and the menu doesn't necessarily wow me, but it's still one of the best options on this side of town. I especially love that they now have chicken tortilla soup year round.

So lets start with the best part of my visit on yesterday. The service was 4 stars for sure. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and accurately recalled my order back. I purchased two of the tostada (bowls) for my wife and I. I paid a little over $20. That said, the bowl was very basic. The chicken was not seasoned well and bowl could have benefited from additional ingredients (i.e chopped onions). While this wasn't the worse meal. I can assure you I will not be going back any time soon.
