I went in because of the advertisement on the window and got the creme brulee dirty Boba (25% sweet) and it was amazing. Crunchy on top, frothy under that, Boba tea under that, and a sea of Boba at the bottom. It was super fun to watch the staff make it. I will definitely go again - 10/10 really looking forward to trying more items on the menu.

I agree customer is not always right, but there is a certain level of human dignity and honesty when responding to reviews. To not answer calls during normal posted business hours is beyond unprofessional! You need better updates than a writing on a paper and posting on the glass door.
I urge all patrons to read at the responses to the 1 star reviews that this particular business owner has left to the honest paying customers. People deserve better. Life is not a Seinfeld sitcom, where the food/soup/tea itself sells.
And instead of coming off apologetic, you have the nerve to lie to protect your ego and falsehood!

They are very nice! One time I got a bitter boba with a grapefruit flavor, and I didn’t like it. In the end, Charles made me a new one by changing the grapefruit ingredient. No extra charge. I’m thankful this Feng Cha is so close to my home, and we’re regular customers here 😊
